Senior Creative Producer

Reporting to the Head of Production, the Senior Creative Producer / Creative Lead will be responsible for creation, production and management of multi-platform content for CreatorUp.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as team lead and main point of contact for all creative needs for CreatorUp productions
- Supervise the creative process and act as the main lead overseeing multiple producers and projects – from development to final delivery occurring at different stages at the same time
- Help creatively scope and ideate for potential projects and prospective clients
- Directly manage the project lead responsible for executing the creative vision for the project
- Manage and provide feedback for animation projects at various stages of the production process alongside the Director of Post Production
- Review all productions at key milestones, including: outlines, scripts, production plans, fine cuts, final deliveries.
- Collaborate to design workflows to ensure quality creative output at scale.
- Produce and direct shoots for digital, education, and social content, as assigned. Specifically focused on new clients and key pilot projects.
- Collaborate with sales team and creative services to support the creative needs for pitch and RFP process for potential clients
- Drive forward CreatorUp’s internal creative standards
- Act as CreatorUp’s representative to outside partners and clients and is responsible for maintaining relationships with those clients and other external vendors as needed.
Experience:
- Demonstrated track record in creative execution
- Experience managing a slate of multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with talent including on-camera hosts, experts, and cast members
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative, physical production, and post-production processes from conception to completion. Producing, line-producing, post-producing and directing experience – and the ability to wear multiple hats is critical
- Ability to think like a producer and director at the same time – creatively, fiscally, logistically. Leaning into financial and logistical challenges to develop outstanding creative solutions that are attainable
- 5+ years of production experience as a producer of short-form, digital content with a specific focus on social impact, education, marketing, and animated content
- 3+ years experience managing individual team members
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have legal right to work in the United States
