Job Responsibilities:
- Host and present content for an educational series on Type 2 Diabetes.
- Share personal experiences related to Type 2 Diabetes to connect with the audience.
- Conduct interviews with healthcare professionals and experts in the field.
- Follow the script and direction provided by the production team.
- Maintain a professional and engaging presence on camera.
- Participate in rehearsals and preparation sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Individuals aged 35 to 50 years old.
- Must have Type 2 Diabetes or a direct connection to it (e.g., parent, child, etc.).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of the camera and engaging with the audience.
- No prior acting experience required; this is a non-union project.
- Availability for two shoot days in Toronto, ON, in early to mid-September (dates TBD).
Compensation Details:
- Rate: $500 per day, $1,000 total for two shoot days.
- Travel and accommodation expenses covered if required.
- Meals provided during shoot days.
- Professional photos and videos from the series for personal use.
