This role resides within the Media Solutions Media Account Management team. The AM I’s primary responsibility is leading the creative production and implementation of media campaigns for our Lodging partners. In this role you will partner closely with our vendor teams to launch and manage media campaigns while providing a high standard of client service to our advertising partners. You will also work in close partnership with our lodging sales teams to help meet and beat targets.

As an AM I, you will be an integral member of an account team working on campaigns throughout the display campaign lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales and clients, and other teams on campaign creative and production strategy.
• Advise clients on preferred creative guidelines and products based on data and insights for achieving their campaign goals.
• Coordinate campaign production tasks with preferred vendors.
• Ensure on-time campaign launches as well as ongoing monitoring of pacing and performance throughout the campaign.
• Oversee creative scheduling activities with the Technical Ad Operations Team using vendor resources for appropriate tasks.
• Conduct fundamental troubleshooting of production, delivery, or billing challenges as needed.
• Propose and implement post sale optimization strategies if necessary to improve campaign performance or delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales to prepare post-campaign creative analysis when necessary
• Consistently meet or exceed relevant metrics established for the team, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of top quality service.
• Actively participate in projects to improve our operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelors and 1+ years previous experience in advertising or marketing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required
• Experience working with MS Office applications
• Basic project management experience
• Confirmed ability to work independently handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
• Strong communication skills and ability to set expectations.
• A love of meeting – and beating – deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills: attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, creative problem solver, effective time manager.

The hourly pay range for this position is $35 – $50/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Title: Product Manager
Location: Campbell, CA or Beaverton, OR (min. 4 days on-site)

As a Product Manager, you’ll manage cloud-based, web applications from ideation to launch. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to define product requirements, user stories, ensure quality, and track progress. The product is a sophisticated Enterprise cyber security product.

Responsibilities:
- The product manager will be responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver a winning product in the cutting edge of cyber security.
- Working closely with the development team and Scrum Master to organize and plan sprints, reflect on existing processes, and collaborate on new, better ways to work towards providing customer value.
- Working closely and collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the product strategy and direction are aligned with company objectives and that feature requirements are clearly defined.
- Be the product evangelist and able to demonstrate the product to customers/potential customers
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the product management and sales process for the business
- Communication, gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market research to refine product requirements
- Working with senior team members and development teams to identify and manage company opportunities and share product status
- Ensure software products are delivered on time and within budget
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Developing and managing product roadmap and backlog
- Ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements
- Developing and maintaining product documentation
- Qualifications:
5+ years in Enterprise markets
Strong Engineering/Technical background
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5 – 7 years product management experience preferred
- 5+ years of working as a Product Owner within an Agile framework
- Good understanding of an enterprise network environment, particularly client device (e.g., laptops, desktops) management is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excels at adapting to changing business needs with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and enjoys a collaborative environment internally and customer facing engagement to help determine product specification
- Intellectually curious and passionate about innovation
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of software development tools and project management software
- Experience in Cyber Security Technology

Title: Marketing Communications Manager
Location: Mountain View, CA (hybrid)
Duration: 8+ months
Our client team focuses on partner engagement and growth of Ads product partners, leveraging scalable channels to communicate both mandatory and business-growth focused communications. SMS partners closely with sales, product, marketing, and strategy teams to further the Ads product acceleration plans.
This position would support the team on critical projects to ensure development of priority initiatives. The individual would partner closely with our marketing and analyst team members, to deliver on critical email communications, aligning with global teams to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy, and with analyst teams to ensure the right publishers are targeted for each communication. Additional priority projects focused on other scalable channels (webinars, video, social media, etc) will be assigned based on bandwidth.
Ensure all priority email communications under the monthly strategy are progressing with all relevant inputs included
- Proactively meet/communicate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure monthly priorities are adequately addressed, adjust strategy based on business needs and goals.
- Work closely with core team analysts to identify key data insights to inform strategic decisions and address business priorities.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
Education: Bachelors degree
1-3 years experience in marketing strategy
1-3 years experience in copywriting or other marketing-focused writing role
1-3 years experience using data insights to lead decision making
Effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and oral format
Understanding of consumer behavior and key audience needs.
Need someone who is able to give constructive creative feedback.
The candidate should be able to analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
Media placement Understanding of how to place content through various channels (e.g., TV, radio, magazines, media/social media).
Project management skills Ability to effectively prioritize work, display reasonable judgment in setting priorities, and recognizing when help is needed. This includes the ability to determine long-term versus short-term priorities.
Social media Understanding of how to facilitate the creation and sharing of information, ideas, career interests, and other forms of expression via virtual communities and networks.
