JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the VP of Marketing, the purpose of this position is to develop, organize, analyze and manage a successful and profitable internal player card program. Duties will include planning, budgeting and making recommendations designed to support revenue needs both on and off property. Also, enrolling members into the Player’s Club, issuing club cards, transporting supplies and forms and assisting club members with questions, redemptions and special requests.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversees Player Club Reps and supervisory staff
  • Assists VP of Marketing with all Club activities including Daily operations, on & off property activations, execution of events, ordering supplies & equipment, installation and training.
  • Oversees Player’s Club team member life cycle including interviewing, selection, onboarding training and discipline process of subordinate team members.
  • Ensures Club Reports and supplies are processed and maintained.
  • Meets and greets players on floor, at special events and at promotions.
  • Monitors marketing systems and performance.
  • Ensures complimentary offers are issued in accordance with Seminole Gaming guidelines with the proper controls, auditing, surveillance and coordination in place.
  • Provides and promotes the highest level of customer service and outstanding guest relations; utilizes guest review platform for feedback, recognition and retraining.
  • Assists in the resolution of player and cross department challenges through interaction both on the casino floor and off. Works closely with hosts/Player Development, Slots, Table games and guest services / call service center.
  • Supports and maintains Seminole Gaming courtesy guidelines and ensure subordinate participation. This includes attending Seminole Gaming customer service and supervisor training and making sure your subordinates attend the appropriate training classes as well.
  • Leads Player’s Club division of promotions and redemptions as applicable.
  • Acts as liaison between guest and management related to needs of guest complaints and concerns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hazard free work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing required and five (5) years casino promotions and event management experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a minimum of two years of casino experience. This experience must be as a manager or higher and within a high paced, high volume gaming property.
  • Must possess excellent organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Must also have outstanding time manage skills
  • Must be able to analyze marketing promotional data.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, as well as on the casino floor. On the casino floor, it is fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-30 pounds

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Chef will report to the Executive Chef and provide chef-level support to the main kitchen and restaurants.

  • Consult with and suggest to the Executive Chef regarding ways to keep waste at a minimum.
  • Review schedules prepared by the Executive Chef to ensure staff is operating at peak efficiency.
  • Ensure standards and procedures set forth by the Executive Chef are observed.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure all food is prepared to operational standards.
  • Implement and maintain safety and sanitation requirements as set by all health agencies.
  • Coordinates line employees’ daily requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
  • Select, train, coach, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s mission and values.
  • Create and communicate the structure of your area – including goals, role clarification, expectations, financial planning, etc. – that increases the value of the company and increases the engagement level of direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Sous Chef or restaurant Chef highly preferred.
  • Two (2) year culinary arts degree required.
  • High volume wok experience.
  • Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data.
  • Proven ability to reduce food costs.
  • Must have strong administrative skills and computer skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has ability to lead and develop a cohesive culinary team.
  • Can interface effectively with FOH staff to produce a positive guest experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists in the development, planning and implementation of promotions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

May include but are not limited to:

  • Assists in the formulation of theme, calendar and matrix layout for monthly promotions.
  • Creates ongoing excitement on the gaming floor via announcements and player interaction and assists guests in the participation in promotions.
  • Ensures that promotion event areas are stocked with necessary supplies, decorations and secures items at conclusion of promotion/event.
  • Ensures collateral materials for promotions and events are displayed prior to and recovered at the conclusion of each project.
  • Establishes reports and systems to monitor actual expenses compared to budget and suggest necessary action to meet budget guidelines.
  • Assists management in disseminating information about events to all impacted operating departments.
  • Interfaces with operating departments to ensure timely coordination of all events.
  • Assists Promotions Manager in executing budgets for individual promotions, records expenditures, charts budget variances.
  • Maintains security and confidentiality of files, records and lists.
  • Ensures that promotional inserts and envelopes are prepared and sealed on a timely basis.
  • Works closely with outside vendors for promotional set ups.
  • Trains other Players Clubs Representatives to assist in virtual and barrel drawings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Marketing preferred Computer skills preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word is required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
  • Experience in working with public under stressful conditions preferred; or an equivalent combination or education and/or work experience.
  • Must be able to analyze Marketing and Promotions data.
  • Must be able to function and manage in non-standard situations where independent judgment is required and limited guidelines exist.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must be able to work in a smoking environment
  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in the following two areas: Professional office environment and Casino Floor with constant exposure to general public
  • Able to lift up to 25lbs
  • Must be able and willing to work any shift and long hours when necessary to include working evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to continuously maneuver around the office and property, often standing for long hours
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment
