Summary of the Position: The Director of Consumer Marketing will oversee the company’s consumer brands commercial and marketing strategies to drive profitable growth and achieve leadership of Nutramax products. The Director of Consumer Marketing will understand the commercial aspects of business as well as the supplement market. They will be an integral member of the commercial team, helping develop and implement the company’s go-to-market and growth strategies. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sales and marketing plans with key accounts to achieve consumer brand sales targets and category leadership. Responsibilities will include channel strategy development, account planning, annual budgeting, brand management, forecasting, promotional planning, and relationship building with key customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead the development of the consumer brands marketing strategy and sales plans with key customers in accordance with corporate goals.

· Manage and build relationships with accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets in domestic markets and establish short and long-term sales goals for products.

· Manage and grow capabilities of the consumer marketing team, which includes brand team members.

· Provide P&L oversight for key accounts to maximize profitability by growing top-line sales and managing selling and advertising expenses.

· Lead the development of online shopper insights and category innovation and become the category captain with key partners.

· Lead the strategy behind events and sponsorships that include influencers, tradeshows, and other events.

· Maintain expertise of the supplement landscape and online competitors, identifying trends and online growth opportunities.

· Develop annual sales and marketing plans and create and execute annual promotional plans for products with customers.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, retail, digital, and healthcare practitioner sales teams to help define go-to-market strategies from product concept to product launch through analysis and research to meet customer needs.

· Streamline logistics in the development and delivery of marketing resources to support brands go-to-market strategies

· In collaboration with Demand Planning, create annual forecasts and provide monthly updates and inputs to allow for on-time delivery.

· Propose marketing based on market demand and insights and advise regarding promotional opportunities.

· Assist with brand protection and collaborate with Brand Protection and Marketing to remedy problems.

Minimum Requirements:

· 10+ years of CPG sales and marketing experience domestically

· In-depth understanding of the supplement industry, healthcare, and developing executing sales and marketing strategy, plans, and campaigns.

· Strong commercial and analytical skills – experience analyzing data and actively communicating business unit KPI’s to the executive team and other business units

· Working knowledge of ecommerce contracts, negotiation, and understanding of general terms and conditions

· Experience growing organizational capabilities

· Domestic travel 10%-20%

· Dietary Supplement experience in both retail and healthcare practitioner channels a plus” .

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or sales/marketing related discipline. MBA or other relevant advanced degree, a plus.

Summary of the Position: The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing initiatives to achieve profitable growth. The Director of Marketing will understand the commercial aspects of business and be an integral member of the Marketing team, leading the development of the company’s brand portfolio strategy, go-to-market strategies, and installing and optimizing internal digital/web capabilities. They will be responsible for planning and executing marketing plans across multiple platforms and channels to achieve sales targets and category leadership. Responsibilities will include marketing strategy development, brand building, annual budgeting, and forecasting, promotional planning, and optimizing the organization’s digital/web capabilities, and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the brand creative execution across marketing touchpoints and packaging to drive intent.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and promote customer retention in accordance with corporate goals.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various media channels (digital, print, social, etc.).
  • Lead the cross-functional collaboration of the innovation, ecommerce, retail, and the veterinary teams to develop and execute brand portfolio strategies, innovation pipelines, and go-to-market strategies to meet customer needs, and business growth goals.
  • Manage, coach, and grow the marketing team, which includes brand managers, digital marketers, and web developers.
  • Provide P&L oversight for brands to maximize profitability right-size marketing and advertising expenses.
  • Develop brand strategies across channels, taking into account life cycles and channel differentiation.
  • Uphold an in-depth understanding of all digital channels and lead the growth and installment of digital capabilities SEO/SEM, Programmatic, CRM, UX/UI, Video, etc.
  • Maintain expertise of the industry landscape and online competitors, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
  • Propose new marketing, promotional, digital, and web development initiatives based on market demand and insights.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance, using data to optimize campaign tactics and spend to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist with brand protection and collaborate with the Brand Protection team to remedy problems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 15+ years of CPG marketing experience domestically
  • Commercial awareness, marketing and sales background
  • In-depth understanding of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills – experience using data to drive marketing strategy and decision-making with the executive team and other business units
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Experience managing and developing marketing teams
  • Experience growing organization capabilities
  • Pet category experience a plus
  • Domestic travel 10%-20%
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Education and Experience:

Summary of the Position: The Associate Director of Digital and Web Marketing will oversee the company’s digital marketing and web development strategy to drive profitable growth and achieve leadership of Nutramax products. The Associate Director of Digital and Web Marketing will be a strategic leader who drives impactful online experiences that drive growth in Nutramax’s online presence and internal capabilities. They will be an integral member of the Commercial team, leading the strategy and performance of all activities across all digital platforms. This position will directly lead the digital marketing team and the web development team, as well as work cross-functionally with brand teams, sales, innovation, creative, and more. Responsibilities include Website Design & Development, Social media, SEO/SEM, Programmatic, Email, CRM, Video, and Analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the digital strategy within the digital marketing and web development teams in accordance with corporate goals.
  • Lead the development of digital marketing strategies in digital platforms and tactics including Social media, SEO/SEM, Programmatic, Email, CRM, Video, Analytics, and additional emerging opportunities.
  • Responsible for the integration of all digital tactics and channels across all brands to create awareness, demand, and loyalty.
  • Manage and grow capabilities of the digital team, which includes digital marketers and web developers.
  • Optimize all company and brand websites to be mobile-first, content-rich, and overall optimized for performance from a UX/UI, and development standpoint.
  • Lead and facilitate the website redesign and website optimization processes from concepting, to hand-off, to launch.
  • Maintain expertise in digital marketing, web development, UX/UI, competition, identifying trends and online growth opportunities.
  • Develop annual budgeting and marketing plans with cross-functional team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, retail, and sales teams to digitally support product promotions and go-to-market strategies from concept to launch.
  • Drive marketing technology innovations, including the continued optimization of our Veterinarian platform, brand websites, and direct to consumer capabilities, and other opportunities.
  • Perform other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of established web and mobile standards and UI/UX best practices, and a curiosity about emerging technologies
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills – experience analyzing data and actively communicating business unit KPI’s to the executive team and other business units through reports and QBR’s
  • Experience designing and measuring media and audience-based tests in a variety of channels to better optimize assets and tactics
  • Experience with P&L management, digital marketing, web development, and design
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, performance marketing, and reporting tools and technologies
  • Proven track record of converting data-driven analytics to gain consumer insights, create personas, drive targeted digital campaigns, optimize user experience, and drive conversion
  • Hands-on experience designing and driving digital campaigns using channels such as paid and organic search, social, display, email, and video.
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep into understanding the product, the business, and the competitive landscape

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in the direct-to-consumer digital marketing and web development space
  • 5+ years’ experience leading a digital marketing or web development team
  • Demonstrated track record of success leading digital channels across multiple platforms and customer touchpoints
