Job Description
A new feature film is seeking actors, supporting performers, and background extras for multiple speaking and non-speaking roles. Filming will take place in Detroit, Michigan during Fall 2026. Opportunities are available for adult actors, child actors, courtroom extras, airport extras, reporters, and various featured background roles. This is an excellent opportunity for performers looking to gain experience on a feature film production.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform in assigned speaking or background roles.
- Follow direction from the director and production team.
- Attend auditions prepared with a monologue if required.
- Collaborate professionally with cast and crew.
- Be available for scheduled filming dates in Detroit.
Requirements
- Open to actors, actresses, and supporting performers.
- Child performers are welcome for kid roles.
- Courtroom extras should be available for approximately three filming days.
- Airport extras should be available for one to one-and-a-half filming days.
- Reporter roles require three performers for news reporter characters.
- Must be able to work in Detroit, Michigan.
- Prepare a one- to two-minute monologue for the audition.
- Dress professionally and arrive prepared to perform.
Compensation
- Compensation will be discussed with selected talent.
