KBPR is a vibrant, award winning and specialist PR and communications agency in the pensions, investment, and employee benefits industries. We represent companies in both the UK and overseas, connecting clients, journalists, and industry influencers.

We are independent, energetic, and proactive experts in our field, and we like to think we are a little bit different from the usual corporate agency in the way we approach our work. We are fortunate to work with like-minded organisations of all sizes who understand that the best results are achieved collaboratively, and with a large dose of good humour!

The Role

KBPR launched 14 years ago as a dynamic, bespoke PR and marketing communications agency dedicated to the pensions, investment and employee benefit industries. Fast forward to today and it is fair to say we have become a leader in our field. We have won the FT Pensions and Investment Awards Best Financial Services PR Company five times now, a remarkable achievement, and work with some of the most respected brands and thought leaders in the market.

KBPR both challenges and supports its clients to help them achieve their communication objectives and works collaboratively with journalists to achieve best possible content.

We are looking for another bright and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The role would suit someone from the pension’s world with experience of PR/communications who is looking to move on to the next stage in their career.

• Experienced in the UK financial market

Tasks will include:

• Liaising with clients and attending client meetings and events
• Building connections and relationships with journalists, clients, and industry peers
• Proofreading and issuing copy – including press releases, articles and blogs
• Arranging client interviews and press commentary calls
• Keeping up to date with key industry and legislative dates
• Undertaking relevant market research as required
• Analysing and evaluating media coverage and preparing client reports
• Willingness to network and provide occasional organisation and support with events, such as press breakfasts and client seminars
