A contemporary live performance project is seeking a part-time Production Coordinator to support an upcoming stage production. This hybrid role (in-studio and remote) involves coordinating logistics, communication, and creative production elements to ensure a smooth process from rehearsals through final performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a creative team on a major theatrical presentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate production logistics for rehearsals and performances
- Support communication between creative and technical teams
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and project organization
- Help manage day-to-day production needs
- Ensure smooth execution from pre-production through performance
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in live performance, theatre, or dance production
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with basic design and communication tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
- French language skills are a plus
Compensation
