iCrossing is looking for a Strategy Director who has a winning mentality and attitude. You’ll act as a subject matter expert that offers robust perspectives and strategic thought leadership on key client engagements. You will be a key player in marketing, digital, and brand experience transformation for a diverse portfolio of clients that ranges from Fortune 100 brands to mid-market and growth-oriented companies. We are building a team of hybrid strategists who are as conversant in user experience as they are in business, brand, and marketing strategy (though everyone has their areas of strength). What You’ll Do

  • Identify and understand market opportunities and the needs and behaviors of clients’ target audiences to build effective strategies that drive human + business outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with clients and account leads in workshops and planning sessions regarding digital approaches, marketing strategies, thought leadership, consultation, and subject matter expertise for a wide range of brand and digital experiences
  • Create and articulate strategic narratives for new business pitches, internal teams and existing client engagements
  • Build end to end solutions with ownership of the proposal narrative
  • Operate as subject matter expert on guiding our clients’ businesses and internal teams through brand, marketing, digital, and experience transformation and creation.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current digital, marketing, and experience trends and be able to incorporate best practices into strategies for clients
  • Lead teams comprised of other strategists, UX designers, creatives, engineers, and marketers to develop multi-year growth plans and client transformation roadmaps
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research, data and analytical insights to connect digital strategies across various channels and experiences
  • Design, guide and facilitate qualitative and quantitative audience research
  • Collaborate closely with senior clients to guide the design, build, and evolution of digital commerce experiences
  • Work with leadership of Experience Transformation Strategy (XTS) team to drive innovation and evangelize a thought leadership agenda for new business and within the agency to drive innovative, modern solutions for our clients.
  • Apply your experience to elevate strategic thinking across the organization
  • Work closely with analytics and research teams to identify/apply audience learnings and the investment and operations teams to ensure effectiveness through implementation
  • Analyze client’s business, brand, marketing, and digital strategies, lead strategic ideation sessions and partner with internal groups to create and deliver outcomes-focused solutions
  • Facilitate internal and client workshops and brainstorms with intellect, energy and passion
  • Build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively with them to understand their issues
  • Work with XTS leadership inspire a team of experience and strategy thinkers to consistently deliver strategic solutions that meet agency standards

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, business, psychology, or similar area; graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy with progressive levels of responsibility, experience in digital strategy is key
  • 5+ years of previous management experience
  • Ability to strategically plan digital initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals, KPIs and outcomes
  • Pitch experience with proven track record
  • Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate data and insights into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables

iCrossing is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager with a passion for recruiting amazing talent and proven success managing a small team. Understanding our evolving talent needs is pivotal to our success and our ability to innovate. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage and optimize processes that elevate our candidate experience. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our recruiting team and will collaborate closely with hiring managers on recruiting initiatives to meet our hiring plans.

What you’ll do :

  • Serve as a crucial point of contact with hiring managers and resource management team in ongoing assessment of future hiring needs in support of the business
  • Manage and mentor small recruiting team in reaching their hiring goals and in supporting their development and career growth
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior level specialty roles as needed; familiarity in recruiting both technical and non-technical roles, from talent sourcing to final round decision-making
  • Develop and refine talent acquisition programs and initiatives, including innovative ways to reach a diverse pool of candidates, creative sourcing strategies, employee referrals, internships, etc.
  • Develop and maintain reports that measure progress against business hiring goals and overall team performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Ensure compliance of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) procedures and recruiting process; assist with compliance and data audits
  • Educate and train interviewers on interviewing best practices and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with marketing team on promoting employment branding initiatives
  • Assist with employee retention and development
  • Assess the business need for incremental recruiting support
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices including labor legislation changes

Who you are:

  • At least 2+ years proven experience managing a recruiting team
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting (technical and non-technical)
  • Familiarity with using a variety of different recruiting methods and best practices
  • Proficient in the use of posting jobs on social media and job boards and employer branding techniques
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Experience with ATS, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Able to motivate employees
  • Positive team player
  • Good knowledge of employment law is a plus

For New York City,  the estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $165,000.   The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

  • Transform conceptual ideas into tangible digital assets including design systems, digital campaigns, websites, apps, and all forms of immersive experiences across the customer journey
  • Empower teams by fostering an iterative, diversified workspace where proposed design solutions can be conceived, improved, redesigned, rejected, and validated

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of visual/digital design experience
  • Extensive expertise and knowledge of experience design, user experience, creative process, content activations, brand development, digital platforms, & strategic solutioning
  • Understanding of mobile, responsive design, accessibility, and Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in UI design principles, systems, and tools, along with experience working closely with UX & Technology teams
  • Proficient in all the latest design and collaboration tools including Figma, Miro and all Adobe Suite products
  • Excel at utilizing data-driven consumer insights to visualize, organize, and illuminate complex concepts and creative solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, written and verbal communication skills and experience/confidence presenting to executive-level audiences
