A law firm in Greenville is seeking an experienced and hard-working candidate for a temp-to-hire Collections Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, several years of collections experience, and preferably supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:

  • consumers to arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules
  • technical knowledge in the legal and collection processes to update and modify information in assigned files
  • queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work
  • files with proper activity notes and review codes
  • information regarding the financial status of the consumers and status of collection efforts in company’s software
  • multiple inbound and outbound calls daily
  • light skip tracing duties
  • and maintain various reports
  • projects and tasks as assigned by Attorneys and Executive Committee

Qualifications:

  • or Bachelors degree in Finance or accounting
  • to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • attention to detail and ability to complete job duties with a high degree of accuracy
  • to work with members at all levels of the organization
  • interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and other financial software
  • a high level of confidentiality

Compensation:

  • $28 – $30/hr

A great local organization in downtown Greenville is looking to bring on 1-2 additional Museum Guards to join their team! Ideal candidates will have friendly customer service skills and have an appreciation for the arts ideally. Training including.

Temp-to-hire role with 36-40 hours per week including weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of guests to maintain security of artwork and exhibits
  • Light janitorial work after events
  • Circulate among guests to preserve order, safety, and create awareness of policies when needed
  • Warn persons of rules in the gallery when needed
  • Assist guests with directional guidance as needed
  • Support operational team with facility inspections and rounds
  • Engage with visitors using a customer service mindset
  • Do NOT carry or use any weapons

Qualifications:

  • Friendly demeanor with customer service skills
  • Team spirit willing to work with others
  • A love or interest in art is a plus!

Schedule:

  • 6-8 hour day time shifts
  • Wednesday to Sunday (Sundays are half days)
  • Must be willing to work weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Once permanent, 7 hours of PTO and 7 hours of sick time each month.
  • $18-20/hour

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other internal team members to brainstorm and create engaging, high-quality written and visual content across various platforms and collateral, including social media, articles & newsletters, press releases, presentations, brochures, videos, and more.
  • Create and curate eye-catching visuals (such as images, graphics, and videos) to enhance content and engagement, keeping a close eye on best practices per platform and the ever-changing algorithm.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and other internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems to help move the company forward
  • Manage and engage our social platform communities to foster a community with our stakeholders
  • Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
  • Conduct market research to learn more about current industry trends, topics, and keywords to generate relevant and compelling content ideas that can be applied to the output.
  • Help to build and refine our brand voice
  • Assist in developing and maintaining editorial and content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will actively assist with marketing strategy and campaigns as needed to support overall marketing efforts.
  • Work alongside Global Director and Communications & Project Manager to create interest at companies that are clientele

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or technical field
  • Creative story-teller with exceptional visual, video and social media design skills
  • Ability to optimize social media campaigns through A-B experimental design, understanding trends, data analysis, use of social media management software and community management
  • Willingness to learn and be conversant with industry-relevant technology
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • $60,000-$80,000 yearly salary (based on experience)
