A growing event management company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Executive to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing event operations from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution, and coordinating between vendors, clients, and internal departments. Job Responsibilities

  • Support event planning, coordination, and execution from concept to completion.

  • Maintain effective communication between vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Activation or Event Operations.

  • Prior experience in event management preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
