A growing creative media and event production company is now hiring dynamic event staff for weekend shifts. As part of the team, you’ll help ensure each event runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional experience from setup to wrap.

Job Responsibilities

• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations

• Assist photographers, videographers, and production crew as needed

• Greet and guide guests, manage registration, and oversee attendee flow

• Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all times

• Help coordinate logistics and troubleshoot issues during events

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends

• Prior experience in events or customer service preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
