Job Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Manager of TV and Radio Buying, this person will support the planning, buying, management, trafficking and reporting of linear television advertising for BritBox campaigns in the US and Canada.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about television – both traditional broadcast and cable advertising as well as CTV advertising. They are driven to help a brand like BritBox break through the noise by leveraging smart advertising tactics to drive brand awareness – and ultimately sign ups. They will have direct experience working to support large-scale linear TV campaigns.
They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and thrive when making a big impact on a small team. They aren’t afraid to set a high bar for themselves and to work among a team of high performers.
Responsibilities
- Confirming orders with stations/networks, checking contracts against orders
- Gathering pre-logs and post-logs, cross comparing to schedules and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinating creative delivery and approval, including ISCI codes, between Creative team, tagging/trafficking partner, and networks; issue traffic instructions for networks
- Entering logs for undetected networks and reconcile any tracking issues
- Working with Finance to set up new vendors, gather and reconcile invoices, and reinvest under-cleared media
- Internal monthly and quarterly reporting of TV performance
- Supporting in the development of Linear TV buying strategy
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working in Linear TV advertising, ideally at an agency for large clients
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with trafficking/buying/inventory systems like MediaOcean, Core or WideOrbit is a plus
- Experience in entertainment industry or with subscription-based clients gets extra bonus points. Experience with other forms of traditional advertising, such as radio or out-of-home, is also a plus.

Salary Range: $50-60K base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential

Job Purpose
You’ll work on parts of email operations: managing the email calendar to optimal contact frequency, preparing email templates that hero our shows, segmenting to the right audience, continually applying best practices and suggesting new tests and optimizations to run, and preparing regular reporting on email initiatives.
The right person for this role is very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining an obsessive level of attention to detail.
S/he should have a strong understanding of direct marketing techniques such as email or push, knowing how to maintain healthy deliverability, what tactics will boost engagement, and an innate desire to deep-dive into everything from lifecycle journey building, to personalization engines to sophisticated user segmentation.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working in digital and email marketing
- Strong understanding of email fundamentals: opt-in legislation, segmentation, list/data management, conversion KPIs, deliverability, etc.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS principles (direct coding not required)
- Experience with a mid-to-enterprise level email marketing tool preferred, such as Braze, BlueShift, Bronto, Klaviyo, SendGrid, Salesforce etc
Responsibilities
- Manage the email marketing calendar for BritBox globally, aligning with local content and marketing priorities
- Assist with all aspects of email creation within agreed timelines, building templates, briefing copy and creative assets, and obtaining feedback and signoff
- Ensure all campaigns are send-ready, checking all links, images, desktop/mobile rendering in major email clients
- Monitor existing lifecycle or transactional emails, ensuring all current information is up-to-date and creating new campaigns as needed
- Assist as needed with email reporting and insights, identifying trends and opportunities to increase performance
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer data within our email platform, including its sources and how to apply it within segmentation and personalization
- Live and breathe email best practices, recommending new ideas & functionality for creative and ensuring our lists are always in peak health
- Ensure we adhere to email marketing rules in each region you work on; such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM or CASL
- Maintain a deep understanding of our customer lifecycle, across all platforms and products and understand how email touches each part of the customer journey

Job Purpose
The Manager of Analytics & Insights is responsible for data analysis, reporting and insights across multiple BritBox territories with a focus on initiatives that empower business units to extract greater value and deliver insights through advanced analytics. The role will focus on generation and sharing of key business insights to support subscriber growth and retention with BritBox colleagues around the world. This manager will be based in New York, operating as part of the Global Analytics & Insights team. This will involve working closely with North America leadership, editorial, marketing and business development teams, global finance, research, product, and strategy functions, and sharing learnings and best practice with colleagues supporting Australia, South Africa and New Markets business. The role will report to the Director of Global Analytics & Insights.
Key responsibilities will include creation and interpretation of business as usual editorial and subscriber performance reporting, plus ad-hoc analysis for specific territory editorial, user segmentations, promotional, distribution and other activities. The primary purpose of the role is to support strong business and editorial decision making, through the accurate and timely interpretation of data, with statistical rigor, clear communication, and provision of actionable recommendations.

- This role requires working closely with colleagues based in other territories and time-zones, in particular Australia and UK. This will require attending meetings and occasionally working outside of standard US office working hours.
- It is currently anticipated that this role would be office based for 2-3 days per week, with option to work from home on other days, and with flexibility to adapt working hours around personal preferences and to enable working with colleagues in other time zones.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong experience (excluding internships) in analytics with increasing responsibility in Entertainment, Media, Communications, or related industries.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, in addition to strong technical skills (e.g., SQL, SAS, R, Hive, HTML), presentation & visualization skills (e.g., Tableau)
- Ideally, experience working with subscription businesses and a deep understanding of subscriber acquisition, retention, and churn metrics. Familiarity with Syndication platforms (Amazon Channels, Roku Channels, or Apple TV Channels) is a plus.
- STEM Qualification desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate subject matter authority and expertise
- Understanding of concepts behind Business Intelligence (e.g. – data warehouses, automation) and how information can be used to drive competitive advantage
- Ability to accurately interpret and translate varied and complex requests into actionable tasks Have excellent attention to detail and ability to monitor and review the quality of work done by self and others to maintain appropriate standards
Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit stakeholders to understand requirements and develop reporting and insights solutions that meet business needs.
- Define workflows in internal and external systems to ensure correct data is captured and reported.
- Develop and enhance reporting solutions; In addition, script and automate standard processes, where possible.
- Drive direct and cross-function execution on analytics projects: define problems, identify appropriate data sources and analytic techniques/methodologies, ensure accurate and high-quality output, craft the story and present results and recommendations.
- Ownership of end-to-end reporting process from pulling in-depth data, to working with team members to understand underlying business drivers, to creating clear presentations that communicate a variety of insights including business and customer trends, performance against KPIs, and recommendations on how to further the company’s growth.
- Ownership of ongoing business reporting, including customer acquisition, retention, marketing performance/ROI, customer LTV, user engagement/consumption, and editorial/programming performance, for a range of stakeholders from business leads to senior executives. Management and production of stakeholder reporting and interactive dashboards, including weekly/monthly reports and semi-yearly clustering analyses.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical insights and coordinate best-practice share-outs for key stakeholders.
Salary Range: $80 – 110K base salary.
