Position Purpose:
The Manager, Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for driving revenue through identifying, developing and securing strategic relationships with new and existing corporate sponsors for Barrett-Jackson and our four auction markets: Scottsdale, Palm Beach, Las Vegas and Houston as well as ancillary events and programs. The Manager will focus on developing and selling customized sponsorship programs and assets to meet customer business objectives and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals as directed by the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. This individual will have a proven track record in building successful partnerships as well as consistently securing six- and seven-figure investments with FORTUNE 500 organizations. S/he must already have an established reputation and track record of success gained with any combination of major brands, teams or agencies.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Sale of customizable partnership programs and assets including naming rights, television and digital broadcast elements, onsite branding, digital content, print advertising, experiential marketing, exhibit space, VIP hospitality, group ticket packages, special events and ancillary programs.
- Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with important decision makers at client marketing companies and their respective advertising agencies in a variety of business categories.
- Prospects local, national, and international companies from leads researched through internal processes.
- Communicates with new prospects to book meetings and conduct a marketing needs analysis.
- Understand the marketing objectives of clients and their agencies, and determine how Barrett-Jackson can help them achieve their goals.
- Maintains diligent and real-time SponsorCX CRM entry.
- Collaborates with peers to obtain necessary deliverables for presentations and contracts.
- Develops relationships through networking, events, social functions, and auction attendance.
- Negotiates final outcome of partnership business terms.
- Manage the partnership renewal process in tandem with the activation team.
- Continuously searches for new partner ideas, signage opportunities, in-arena/retail promotions that will benefit the Barrett-Jackson and maximize partnership revenue.
- Auction responsibilities include: entertaining potential partners in select VIP Hospitality areas, assisting other department functions as needed in execution and monitoring of partner activations.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years sponsorship sales experience and track record of proven success in closing sponsorship deals.
- Deep working knowledge of the sales process and a strong general sales acumen, as well as superior relationship development and account management skills.
- Established network within brands and agencies nationwide.
- Strong ability to secure new clients and maintain relationships; source and develop new leads.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated client and advertising agency knowledge and relationships preferred.
- Ability to travel to auctions and sales meetings required.
- An extensive background in live events is required.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Ticketing Manager is responsible for creating and driving ticketing strategies, operations, reporting and technologies while ensuring a professional ticketing experience is delivered for customers. The Manager will draw on their extensive experience in ticketing to oversee the existing ticket sale process and develop new ticket revenue strategies and product offerings. This position also manages current ticketing operations, processes, and implements any improvements that can contribute to an elevated customer experience from the time of purchase through the customer arrival at the ticketing gates. Responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a member of the management team, this role will help develop and implement initiatives vital to the success of Barrett Jackson, especially as they relate to ticketing of the Auction events.
- Collaborate with Senior Management on modeling new ticketing strategies, concepts, and technologies.
- Identifies and monitors key financial indicators to gauge performance, identify trends, and suggest strategies that can impact results.
- Drive strategy and development of the event ticket sales and all associated processes, fulfillment and software technologies in ticket technology and online selling and reselling platforms.
- Administer efficient, accurate, and timely reporting mechanisms related to sales activity as well as budget pacing activity.
- Responsible for the oversight of all ticketing operations including ticket inventory and security procedures.
- Monitor and incorporate secondary ticketing market trends into both the short and long-term strategy.
- Management of ticketing and scanning operations and the technologies used at the event gates.
- Constant review of the current ticketing software to suggest and implement improvements that can contribute to an elevated experience for customers and the departmental users of such software.
- Lead the development and management of performance reporting and data analytics surrounding tickets and gate scans.
- Manage all year-round fraud prevention efforts and manage all event day customer service ticket issues, including lost, stolen, and counterfeit tickets.
- Monitor and evaluate the consumer purchasing journey for customers.
- Works cooperatively with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders from across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
- Manages multiple processes, programs, and projects, while seeking efficiencies in process improvements.

Position Purpose:
The Director of Digital Media is primarily responsible for developing and implementing content strategy, platform-specific strategy, digital product management, and social marketing, and will join the Barrett-Jackson executive team to be one of the company’s key digital thought leaders. The role will collaborate with our television partner, corporate partnership team, event marketing team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of discoverability, engagement, and action. They will oversee all digital media content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive consignments, bidder registration, sales, engagement, retention, ratings and positive customer behavior. This individual is an expert in all things related to digital media, content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization and analytics. This position is ultimately responsible for leading the development of content initiatives in all forms to drive new and current business.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Leading initiatives that drive the creative digital media strategy and organization across a variety of areas, including the organization site, platform and more
· Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video and in-person
· Working with television partner on live event schedule, shoulder programming and rerun schedules for both linear and streaming
· Mapping out a digital media and content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why
· The development of a content throughout the enterprise verticals
· Supervising producers, writers, editors, videographers and social media content strategists
· Integration of content activities within traditional evet marketing campaigns and television
· Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data, analytics and make recommendations based on those results
· Working with content creators to revise and measure content and marketing goals
· Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies
· Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics
· Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
· Work with technical team to manage MAM and CMS systems
· Supervising the maintenance of content inventories
Education and/or Experience:
· 10+ plus years of experience in digital media and content strategy preferably with a television network, large sports, track and/or live event company.
· Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in digital media and content strategy. Master’s degree is preferred.
· Automotive experience preferred.
· Experience working with linear and OTT networks.
· Well-versed with developing high-quality digital products and have a clear point of view on how specific content decisions can make or break a user experience.
· A strong creative mind and the power to connect business strategies to content strategy.
· Experience working with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and build copy flows for complete user experiences that exceed the needs and vision of business partners.
· Exceptional clarity of thought in communication and analysis, and the power to explain complex user experiences in simple terms.
