The breakdown for the MINOR EXTRAS is:

– IF YOU HAVE FENCING EXPERIENCE PLEASE LET US KNOW, HOWEVER THEY WILL NOT BE 

   USING THE ACTUAL INSTRUMENTS.

– LOCALS IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA

Please have open availability during this time as dates vary throughout the time period above.

The rate for extras on this production is $100 for 10hrs of work which you will receive in the form of a check in the mail 2 to 3 weeks after filming. Payments will be by check through the mail. All information for the check will be filled out on a voucher the parent submits upon the minor’s arrival to set. Minors will be on set for 10 hours or less.

This is a job, therefore minors will need paperwork for identification from the GA Department of Labor found here:

Minors will receive a work number from the state which is necessary to be hired as an extra.

Once all information is received, the booking process begins.

During booking, someone from casting will call and confirm the minors and parents are still available for filming. They then will receive more information pertaining to the shoot with info such as date, time, location, Covid testing protocol and wardrobe instructions.

Casting Assistant Alert!

Searching for a casting assistant to work in the extras casting office at Cinespace Studio for Chicago Fire and Chicago Med. We work Monday thru Friday and we start at 9am and work until about 8pm or so. You will need to have a working laptop and a car.

This position will start this week. We will shoot until the beginning of May.

You need to be fully vaccinated with two shots and the second shot received over two weeks ago. We wear a mask at work.

This is a PA rate, and not an “on set” job. 

You need to have neat, legible writing as we write many lists.

You need to be always on time, able to juggle many tasks as we book lots of extras. You need to be great on the phone (we call extras who want to work), and be able to work quickly. We like a team spirit, laughter, and to work well together. Courteous attitude and a “let’s get it done” work ethic.

Filming in the Knoxville, TN area March 21-26.  Call days are preliminary.  This is a non-union, true crime recreation production with scripted audio.

405 CSI– Any adult.  Should be in decent physical condition with the ability to bend down and lift 20lbs.  Likely needed Tuesday around 2:30pm.  $75, non-speaking. 

406 Detective Extra– Any adult, 35-45yo.  Must be in good physical condition.  Likely needed on Thursday around 2pm.  Should own clean, well-fitting professional wardrobe.  $100

Bam Bam’s Cousin– black male, 20’s.  Non-speaking.  Laying in the back of an ambulance after an injury.  Likely needed Saturday evening, around 5pm.  $100

Doctor- Any adult, 45+. Likely needed Thursday around 11am.  $100, non-speaking, 1 scene
