Vaccination Requirements

According to the newly re-negotiated Return to work agreement, All Zone A Cast and Crew must be up to date with their vaccines, including boosters, by March 15th, 2022.

The Return to Work Agreement stipulates that effective March 15th, 2022, only individuals who are “up to date” on their vaccines, as the CDC defines, shall be considered “fully vaccinated.”

Per the CDC, individuals are considered “up to date” on their vaccines if they have received a booster dose at least five months after the last dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or a booster dose at least two months after the first dose of the J&J/ Janssen vaccine.

Reasonable accommodations will be made as required by law for individuals who cannot be vaccinated due to a medical condition or a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.

Individuals seeking an exception/exemption from the vaccine requirements must submit an accommodation request and be given proper instruction on how to do so.
