CASTING HISPANIC WOMEN 60+ FOR COMMERCIAL (DALLAS)

We are looking for Hispanic Women, age 60+ for a commercial project shooting in Dallas in early August. This is a Featured Extra role. We are looking for a male and a  female showreel scene partner for a filming on the 27th July in Central London. We are casting for more than one project, so when apply, please tell us the name of the character you are applying for (preferably in the subject line) and  your rate for the roughly 2 and 4 hours work. Also, if you request travel expense, please tell us how much would that be exactly.

Scene 1: Where to be looking 

Character: Jay

Playing age: 25 – 35

Filming duration: 2.5 hours

A crime boss, Ellis, is meeting with one of his employees, Jay, after a police bust. Ellis is convinced that someone has given out info to the police while Jay is blaming the procedures.

Scene 2: Break In 

Character: Vanessa

Playing age: 30+

Filming duration: 4 hours

Vanessa is the mentor of a newbie detective, Daniel. The are out on a job. She’s been jaded by the job and thinks following the rule book is a guaranteed way to lose results. In the scene, Vanessa is suggesting breaking into a suspect’s property to find some ‘evidence’. Daniel protests: it’s illegal, you don’t have a warrant, and any evidence you find will be tainted.

AngelaBoehmCasting is now casting for an upcoming Discovery+ Christmas Special filming in the Atlanta, GA area. This is going to be a fun project so please see below for more details. We are currently booking kids for a wedding scene!

-All minors MUST have a guardian with them on set at all times.

-These will both be overnight shoots; however, all minors will work no later than Midnight.

-Some people may also be needed for Monday, August 1st (this date is not required but we would like to know your availability)

Please Note: You must have full day availability, filming days can be up to 12-14 hours. Also, you must be able to physically stand/ walk for 3-4 hour at a time- you will be getting breaks between takes; however, while we are filming you will need to stand and/or walk

Covid Test:

Tuesday, July 19th

Everyone will be required to COVID test within 48 hours of initial work date. You must take either a PCR or rapid NAAT test. Please note, antigen tests are not approved. You can take this covid test at a location near you. If booked, we will be reaching out with more details.

Note: Guardians are required to covid test as well since you will be on set with your child.

Pay:

$80/8

Meaning you are guaranteed $80 even if you work less than 8 hours. Any time worked past 8 hours, you will receive overtime pay.

Wardrobe:

For this production, you need to provide your own costume. This is a wedding scene so you will need to have formal attire; the scene is supposed to take place in the wintertime so please keep that in mind as well. The wardrobe department is requesting that you bring 3-4 options. If you do not have this type of wardrobe on hand that you can bring, please submit for another scene.
