Day-to-Day

An employer based in the LA area is looking from a Sr. Project/Program Manager to join the cross functional team within the PMO. This teams supports multiple agile release trains and multiple platforms. You will be responsible for working in alignment with multiple scrum masters on delivery. Each platform has its own product and scrum master, you will have to synchronize all the issues and delivery.

This is a meaningful role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

– Cross- Team Communication: Driving cross-team collaboration, alignment and

communication by providing accurate and proactive project tracking to partners and the

larger organization.

– Agile Best Practices: Implementing agile methodologies to govern the day-to-day

activities of the team, serving as a team process coach and agile subject matter

authority. Coordinating agile ceremonies at the team level.

– Impediment Removal: Actively identifying and facilitating conversations in removing

impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables. Working with other program

managers and organizational leaders to balance risks.

– Program Planning: Participating in quarterly planning, balancing cross-team

dependencies with the PMO, leading cross-team alignments, and setting delivery plans.

– Servant Leadership: Working as a servant-leader within the team, using leadership

skills to nurture healthy and productive working relationships.

– Development Team Relationship: Developing a healthy working relationship within

your teams and building respect and transparency.

– Relentless Improvement: Implementing processes that foster relentless improvement and drive the team and the organization towards more efficient product delivery.

We are urgently seeking talented Actors to create long video clips for our English Learning Application.

Scope of Work:

1. Shoot 3-minute long video clips for an adult English learning APP.

2. Each lesson will have a dedicated video clip (3 minute) focused on a specific topic.

3. Each season will consist of 7 lessons, requiring 7 videos to be produced.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow the provided script and act out the scenes.

2. Deliver a draft video for review.

3. Collaborate on reshooting scenes, if necessary, until the final version is approved.

Qualifications:

1. Previous acting experience.

2. Native English speaker.

3. Availability of a camera person to assist with shooting.

4. Basic video editing skills.

Payrate: $60 USD per video clip

1. $20 USD for the initial video production.

2. $40 USD for the revised version, if required.

We are seeking a digital producer to serve as the lead on a variety of digital projects, including website production, mobile applications, email, social and integrated marketing campaigns for our clients. The digital producer is the liaison between our clients and the technical and creative teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for first gathering/analyzing data and client requirements, then working with the technical team to create and deliver a plan that meets those requirements. Next, you’ll run logistics on the project and oversee the team’s efforts to carry out the plan you created in a timely and profitable way. Finally, you’ll deliver the finished product to the client and work to ensure client satisfaction.

We are seeking a candidate who has previous familiarity with digital marketing tactics, technologies and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Obtain a holistic understanding of client goals and objectives to develop a strategic digital marketing plan that helps meet those goals, using data and insights at the center point
  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to gather functional and technical requirements (etg., third-party software integration and dependencies) to define detailed project plans and timelines
