Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager for Live! is responsible for sourcing the dining and entertainment industry’s top talent, overseeing hiring and talent management processes, and acting as an ambassador for the Live! brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and rapidly expanding organization and to be a key contributor in building our team’s growth and success.

This role will be focused specifically in recruiting salaried employees for Live! Dining & Entertainment Districts, Live! Casinos, corporate team members, and our non traditional development projects.

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager for Live! Hospitality & Entertainment District should be….

• a story teller – you will be responsible for sharing the rich history of Live! and The Cordish Companies with prospective candidates, as well as describing our exciting upcoming developments. A skilled recruiter will be able to accurately convey the unique characteristics that make Live! an amazing company to work for.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations and marketing leadership to identify talent needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source top talent through active search and outreach methods.
• Project manage interview process from start to finish.
• Work with leadership to identify internal talent solutions.
• Research and select job advertising options.
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with colleges and other partners.
• Participate in job fairs and career events.
• Advise hiring managers on interview processes and candidate evaluation.
• Suggest ways to improve employer brand.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience
• Experience with phone, video, and in person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of social media and professional networks

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunity through professional relationships.
• Build and create talent partnership strategies for current and prospective clients.

Celebrity Ideation and Negotiation

• Talent Procurement / Talent Casting
• Manage the talent vetting process and conduct talent outreach to their representation (talent direct, agents, managers, publicists, etc.).

Campaign and Account Management

• Serve as liaison and manage relationships between the client and the celebrity (Teams).
• Coordinate Program logistics including building out offer letters, timelines, and budgets.

Description:

Overseeing all related matters relating to talent acquisition, retention, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain key accounts with streamers.
• Scout, recruit, and train new streamers.
• Creating and reviewing talent contracts.
• Plan and execute campaigns to enhance streamer’s performance.
• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize talent management strategies.

Experience:

• 2+ years talent recruitment and management experience within the entertainment industry.
• Experience in the live streaming industry.
• Strengths in report writing and presenting findings to upper management.
• Native English speaker.

Preferred experience:

• Possess an existing clientele list.
• Knowledge of live streaming platforms.
• Technical expertise in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
