CASTING CALL FOR NON-UNION TALENT

We are seeking non-union talent who can work local to the Okanagan region for a series of paid new media projects for a popular home composter brand. 

Shooting Location: In & around Kelowna, BC

Shoot Dates: 1-2 days (TBD) between July 17-28

Rate of Pay: Between $200-$1,000/day (incl. buyout), dependent on role and number of days required. Rates will be confirmed in the offers.

NON-SPEAKING ACTOR ROLES:

???????????????????????? ???????????????????????? (Male & Female) 40-60 yrs. A friendly couple that can capture the essence of a wealthy lifestyle. Open to all ethnicities with relatively fit physiques.

???????????????????????? of 4-5 with 1-2 younger kids (3-9 years old). We want to portray the genuine bond and dynamic of a modern, relatable family. Open ethnicity.

???????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????, 25-35 yrs. Asian. This character is trendy, independent, and embodies the spirit of a modern young woman. 

SPEAKING ROLES:

As the Manager of Talent Relations, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with celebrities, publicists, talent agents, media outlets and other influential figures. You will play a crucial role in engaging high-profile individuals to support the foundation’s initiatives and increase awareness of their causes. You will collaborate closely with the internal teams to strategically align partnerships with our mission and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrities, PR firms, media figures, and industry influencers.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent relations, celebrity management, public relations or related roles in the entertainment industry.

Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with celebrities and entertainment entities.

Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry landscape, including key players, trends, and emerging talent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with high-profile individuals.

Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to align talent partnerships with organizational goals.

• AUSTRALIA WIDE for current teachers of state/public government schools to appear as themselves and share their stories to celebrate the teachers of Australia and the amazing work they do! 
• The campaign will be framed around the keepsakes/mementos that teachers receive that remind them of their positive impact on students. 
• Not just gifts but objects that signify breakthrough moments of learning, triumph, and happiness from individual students.
• We anticipate many teachers will have such souvenirs, including a program from a student’s first concert, supporting a student to overcome a significant fear of public speaking, or sports merchandise when they make a national team.
• It could also be something more straightforward – a heartfelt message on a card, a piece of paper that confirmed they finally ‘got something’, a book, or a photo. 
• We want to showcase the powerful story that surrounds the memento and the authentic teacher behind it.
