Job Responsibilities:

• Attend and participate in the shooting days as scheduled.
• Follow the directions given by the director and other production staff.
• Work cooperatively with other cast members and crew.
• Maintain a professional demeanor on set at all times.

Requirements:

• Must fit the age and physical description of the roles as listed.
• Previous acting experience preferred but not necessary for child roles.
• Must be available for the entire shoot day and for rehearsals if required.
• Must provide own transportation to the shoot location.

Compensation:

• Roles are paid. Specific rates are dependent on the role and experience of the talent.
• Meals and refreshments will be provided on shoot days.

Casting Call: “Our Little Secret”

Location: Atlanta, GA

Dates: February 12th, 13th, 14th

Ages: 18 & Up

Job Details:

We are seeking talent for the upcoming production of “Our Little Secret” in Atlanta, GA. This project offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a captivating story set in a prestigious environment. We are casting for two specific roles:

Roles:

1. Well-to-do Guests

   • Compensation: $88/8
   • Job Responsibilities: As a well-to-do guest, you will portray an affluent attendee at a high-end event. Your role will involve mingling, conversing, and adding authenticity to the upscale atmosphere.
   • Requirements: We are seeking individuals aged 18 and above with a polished appearance and the ability to embody sophistication. Prior acting or extra experience is preferred but not required.

2. Featured Waitstaff

   • Compensation: $175/12
   • Job Responsibilities: As featured waitstaff, you will play a pivotal role in the background of scenes, providing service to the main characters. Your role will require professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to enhance the ambiance of the setting.
   • Requirements: We are looking for individuals aged 18 and above with experience in food service or hospitality. Acting or extra experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Project Name: WONDER BREAD

Project Union Status: Non-Union
Conflicts: Bread. Have an email program for Wonder and send our consumers sweepstakes, coupons, etc. Usage includes sending our video out to users to see or incorporate screenshots/GIFs of scenes from the spot.

Additional Provisions:

• HEROES: $500+20% session | $2500+20% 1 yr buyout
  • Travel/Fitting: $250 x 2 *If traveling from outside Florida
  • Fitting only: $75 *If local to Florida (no travel for FL talent)
• SECONDARY talent: must work as local hire to Tampa, budgeted for travel, hotel, per diem, etc. for secondary principal talent.
• All travel expenses for Hero Talent outside of Florida will be paid by Production. Hero talent outside the Tampa area will be provided a hotel room.

Job Details:
We are currently casting for a commercial project titled “WONDER BREAD.” This non-union commercial seeks talents to portray various roles within the narrative.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray assigned roles convincingly and effectively as directed by the production team.
• Collaborate with the director and fellow cast members to achieve the desired creative vision for the commercial.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality throughout all stages of production.

Requirements:

• Talents of all genders and ethnicities are encouraged to apply.
• Prior acting experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be available for fittings and shooting dates as scheduled.
• Secondary talent must be willing to work as a local hire to Tampa and accommodate travel and accommodation arrangements provided by the production team.
• Hero talent must be willing to travel if not local to the Tampa area; all travel expenses will be covered by the production.

Compensation Details:

Storyline: Training videos for Justice Center employees depicting real-life scenarios of effective and ineffective interviews.

Seeking:

1. [PATRICK]

   • Description: Man presenting, 50s-60s, White, transgender, nonbinary. Tall in stature and authoritative, Patrick is a retired, old school detective who interviews Shawn, a person with I/DD who lives in a group home. There is an allegation of neglect where a lapse in Shawn’s supervision led to him having sexual contact with another female resident. In this interview, Patrick doesn’t follow his training and treats Shawn as a perpetrator by focusing on obtaining information on the sexual act rather than in the lapse of supervision that is required for Shawn. (1 scene- 20 minutes)

2. [SHAWN (actor with I/DD)]

   • Description: Man presenting, 18-29 years who reads younger, Black or Latine, transgender, nonbinary. In scenario #1, Shawn is a person with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) living at a group home who requires additional supervision. On one occasion, he was left alone which resulted in Shawn having sexual contact with another female resident. Although Shawn has a developmental disability, he understands he did something wrong as he has done this before. When interviewed by an investigator, Shawn continually asks if he will be in trouble. In scenario #3, Shawn is a resident in a secure OCFS facility where he was mistreated and is interviewed by an investigator for a physical abuse allegation. Casting is specifically seeking talent with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD). (2 scenes- 20 and 6 minutes)

3. [KIMBERLY]

   • Description: Woman presenting, 30s-40s, Black or Latine, transgender, nonbinary. Kimberly is a confident and street-savvy investigator who works in tough settings yet feels comfortable in all situations. In scenario #2 she interviews Roberto, a resident in an OASAS facility who was mistreated by a staff member with inappropriate photos and sexual advances. In scenario #3 she interviews Shawn, a person with I/DD who lives in a group home who was allegedly physically abused. In this interview, Kimberly fails to follow her training where her informal interviewing style leaves her with very few details about the incident. (2 scenes- 20 minutes and 6 minutes)

4. [ROBERTO]

   • Description: Gay man presenting, 20s-mid 30s, Asian or Latine, transgender, nonbinary. Roberto is a resident of an OASAS facility getting treatment for addiction. He is an intelligent gay man who is aware of his surroundings yet going through a tough time. Roberto is interviewed by an investigator about an incident where he was mistreated by a staff member who subjected him to inappropriate photos, sexual advances, and strip searches. Casting especially encourages talent who represent this identity to submit. (1 scene- 20 minutes)

CASTING CALL: Young Actors for Documentary Reenactment Scenes

Job Details:
We are seeking two talented young actors to portray siblings in featured reenactment scenes for a documentary project. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and footage for your portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray sibling relationship convincingly in reenactment scenes.
• Follow directions from the director and production team.
• Maintain professionalism and focus throughout the shooting schedule.
• Collaborate with other cast and crew members effectively.

Requirements:

• Female, Blonde, Caucasian, aged 7-11.
• Male, Blonde, Caucasian, aged 7-11.
• Must be local to Birmingham, AL, or willing to travel at your own expense.
• Prior acting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability on February 25, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation:
Selected actors will receive a flat fee of $200 for the day’s work. Please note that travel expenses will not be covered.

Day-to-Day

• Works with the Member committees to develop and implement Member activities and events.

This candidate should have an understanding of the creative/bidding, pre-production & production processes in commercial and music video production and should demonstrate attention to detail and independent thinking.

– Assist Executive Producers with client (agencies/brands/label), talent, and crew research

– Create & update director reels and marketing materials, presentations, websites, and socials with new projects

– Schedule director, agency, and client comms

– Organize & book treatment writers and designers

– Organize crew and location holds

– Organize director travel

– Track & execute festival submissions for projects

– Assist in press coordination

Key Qualifications:

– Fluent in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite

– Adobe Suite (InDesign, Premiere) a plus

– Previous experience as production coordinator or production assistant a plus, as well as experience with AICP budgeting process and templates

– Spanish-speaking a plus
