Job Detail: We are casting for a regional supermarket commercial with three separate spots. The commercial will showcase various scenes, including “Big Game at Home,” “Tailgate Party,” and “Cheering – Youth Hockey.” The filming will take place in Rochester, NY, and we are seeking background and featured extras to bring these scenes to life.

Job Responsibilities: As background and featured extras, you will be responsible for portraying enthusiastic and natural participants in the commercial’s scenes. Each spot will have a different setting, but your role will be to add a vibrant and realistic atmosphere to the backdrop of the supermarket setting. You may be asked to simulate shopping, engaging in conversations, cheering for a hockey game, or enjoying a tailgate party.

Requirements:

  • All genders and ethnicities are welcome to apply.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • No acting experience is required, but enthusiasm and the ability to take direction are essential.
  • Must be available for filming on August 9th, 10th, and 11th. However, please note that each selected extra will be used for only one of these days.
  • Candidates must be local to Rochester, NY, as no travel expenses will be covered.

Compensation Details: Selected extras will be paid $200 daily for their commercial shoot participation. The duration of work for each selected extra will be one full day, and specific timing will be determined closer to the filming dates. Please ensure you have full-day and evening availability during these three days, as exact schedules are yet to be confirmed.

Casting Call: Runner for Little League Softball World Series

Job Detail: Ming Entertainment is seeking a Runner for the upcoming Little League Softball World Series event held at Stallings Stadium in Elm Street Park, Greenville, NC. As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in assisting the production team in various tasks and errands during the event. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an exciting sports event and gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Overview: We seek talented individuals for an exciting commercial project titled “Disney – In Room TV Guide.” This non-union production project will be used exclusively in-room at various Disney accommodations, including hotels, cruise ships, and resorts. The selected talents will play a crucial role in bringing the magic of Disney to life through their performances.
