Our Client is an independent creative agency based in LA (but working remotely on west coast hours). We work with our client partners to develop creative solutions that truly move the needle. Clients range from Fortune 500-type household names to up-and-comers across a variety of industries / verticals.

We’re looking for a multi-talented Art Director with 5+ years experience to join our growing team.

You must….

  • are skilled at concepting and executing across multiple mediums and platforms (social, digital, web)
  • Have extensive experience with social-first, performance campaigns (grabbing consumer’s attention and inspiring action within noisy feed environment)
  • Is experienced working in Figma and fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Has great taste and an eye for copy
  • Experience with branding is a plus

Above all, we are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for design and a relentless desire to dig in and create great work.

Here’s what you’ll be doing…

  • Lead the creative vision, conceptualization and execution of creative from start to finish, along with copy lead.
  • Develop original concepts and designs for digital campaigns (banner ads, paid social).
  • Develop original concepts and designs across other mediums (video, print, emails, landing pages)
  • Supervise and support creative team members (inclusive of art, copy and video) to ensure deliverables are executed on strategy and on time.
  • Work with Account/PM teams to ensure project milestones and client needs are being met.
  • Present ideas effectively to clients and internal teams
  • Lead and help elevate the work of more junior members of creative team

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in an agency or similar environment
  • Fluent in Figma and expert-level handle of Adobe Creative Suite including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, AE
  • Bachelor’s or related degree from design school is preferred
  • Deep understanding of and ability to concept for all mediums
  • Comfortable managing and mentoring junior creatives
  • Ability to take a creative project from start to finish
  • Firm understanding of high-level brand strategy, industry trends and design principles
  • Can work independently and managed multiple projects while remaining organized
  • Must thrive on collaborative teams and be able to take direction in group and 1-on-1 environment

Job Details: We are seeking a Stand In/ Double for a high-end casting project. The selected candidate will be assisting with various aspects of the production to ensure the seamless execution of the casting process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a stand-in for the principal actor, mimicking their actions and movements for the camera and lighting setups.
  • Be available to step in for the actor for specific scenes or shots that require specialized skills or camera angles.

Job Details: We are seeking women in the Los Angeles area who are experiencing hair loss for a special before-and-after shoot. This project aims to highlight the transformation and empowerment that comes with addressing hair loss.

Job Responsibilities: Selected candidates will participate in two separate photo shoots, which will be scheduled approximately 5 weeks apart. The first shoot will capture the ‘before’ images, showcasing the current state of your hair, while the second shoot will document the incredible transformation achieved through Hair Club’s services.

The part-time Library Assistant supports the Librarian in our K-8 library, which houses over 14,000 volumes in a beautiful space. The Library Assistant supports the circulation desk and will assist with online databases, student research projects, and parent/guardian volunteer education as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Check in/out library materials
