Sr. Agency Producer

The Senior Producer’s primary role is to manage Civitas’ portfolio of experiential projects and interface with the client as the key point of contact. You are responsible for generating and executing project scopes, assigning internal budgets and piloting each assigned project from start to finish. You’ll work in a 360 capacity – working with the client, our team and external vendors to deliver projects within quality standards as well as time and budget requirements. This role reports to the President.

This is a full-time, in-office role located in Columbus, Ohio.

Necessary Qualifications / Skills:

 – Strong event IQ

 – Fundamental understanding of experiential activations (events, pop-ups, etc.)

 – Ability to multi-task and manage several client projects at once

 – Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

 – Excellent written communication

 – Must be a diverse, agile and open-minded thinker

Casting Call: Autistic Actors for Broadway Musical – HOW TO DANCE IN OHIO

Job Detail: We are seeking talented autistic actors to understudy the roles of autistic characters in the upcoming Broadway-bound musical, HOW TO DANCE IN OHIO. This groundbreaking production is inspired by the critically acclaimed and Peabody Award-winning Documentary of the same name. The musical is set to open at The Belasco Theatre in Fall 2023 and promises to be a powerful and moving portrayal of the human experience.

Job Responsibilities: As an understudy for autistic characters, you will work closely with the cast and creative team to understand and embody the essence of the characters. You’ll be responsible for attending all rehearsals, observing the main cast performances, and being prepared to step into the roles when required. Delivering authentic and nuanced performances that stay true to the character’s experiences, emotions, and individuality is crucial.

Requirements:

• Identification as an autistic individual is mandatory for consideration.
• Previous acting experience is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated passion for performing arts and a strong desire to contribute to an innovative Broadway production.
• Excellent communication skills, both on and off stage.
• The ability to handle the demands of a Broadway show, including memorizing lines and blocking changes.
• Flexibility and dedication to attend all rehearsals and performances as scheduled.

Compensation: Compensation for the understudy roles will be competitive and in line with industry standards. Specific details regarding payment will be provided to the selected actors during the audition process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in new hire orientation including new hire paperwork, orientation content, etc.
• Assist in on-the-job training and operational directions on the floor

Your creative and analytical thinking skills and strategies will be an essential part in driving our products’ discoverability, enhancing our brands’ reach, and encouraging business growth through efficient and cost-effective organic and paid campaigns.
