OzTech Media is looking for a talented Associate Experiential Producer who is passionate about event marketing and executing meaningful work. OzTech Media is a growing boutique creative marketing agency based in Maryland and New York. We’re seeking a core team member to take a critical role in our experiential production department, based in New York. An ideal candidate has experience in producing sport-brand related activations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creative ideation for new programs
- Assist day to day Client relations/needs/tasks on projects – multiple projects at times
- Assist the creation and ongoing management of budgets and SOW’s for client projects
- Work closely with Head of Experiential Marketing to ensure all client estimates are accurate and profitable
- Work with Production Team and accounting to ensure all invoices/expenses are submitted in a timely manner etc.
- Work with accounting to make sure all invoices are correct and being sent to the client per the terms of the SOW (and that we receive the payment)
- Source new vendors, freelancers etc. as needed throughout projects
- Assist production team and entire program from concept to completion
- Ensure all deadlines are being met by the team – Status reports, budgets, internal processes, production, print etc.
- Ensure team is recapping all meetings/ conference calls
- Assist team in coordinating all event logistics
- Book Travel/ Accommodations if needed
- Provide updates to the Head of Experiential Marketing in real time on progress of events, issues, concerns etc.
- Assist OzTech Media team and all facets of event onsite including onsite staffing
- Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensure you are meeting/following company systems & protocols on every project

People to portray Upscale Partygoers with Traditional/Ethnic/International Garb (NON-SAGAFTRA Covered) on season 2 of HBO MAX’s GOSSIP GIRL!
We are filming scenes at a political/charity event with cocktail attire, so we are looking for people who can provide traditional attire from any/all countries, religions, or backgrounds that fit the look of the scene!
Tentative Dates are as follows:
– COVID Test on 2/14 in BK or Queens
– Work on 2/15, 2/16, 2/17 ALL MATCHING in NYC
this will be interior work and they are all NIGHT SHOOTS!
Call times will be in afternoon or evening and filming each date will last into early AM hours of the following morning.
ALL COVID Tests are mandatory for work!
- The NON-SAG stipend pay is $60.
- The Non-SAG bg rate is $165/10hrs
This background performer role is NOT covered by a SAG-AFTRA CBA.

the bar laugh with her raunchy sense of humor. She lives a pretty honest life but maybe has a gambling problem”
COLLEEN – 30s Kim’s little sister. She opted out of college and instead moved in with Karen. She works at Dunkin’ three days a week. Shes sweet and acts like more of a mom to Karen than a sister.
SARAH or JAMES – 15ish – Male or Female Collen’s goth daughter (or son). A bit of a pain in the ass. Doesnt really fit in, wears JNCOs and listens to ICP but sill plays hockey.

As the Associate Photography Producer for Sonder’s Photo Operations team, you’ll manage production for Sonder property photoshoots across your designated region (East, South, Central, or West). You’ll work closely with the Senior Creative Producer, city team, and in-house post-production team to ensure assets are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-brand.
At Sonder You Will
- Assist in the organization and production of local photoshoots with freelance talent including the following:
- Ensure all production materials are properly organized (contracts, pitch decks, shotlists, and call sheets)
- Provide production support for freelance photographers leading up to and on the day of shoot days
- Schedule sessions, source materials, resources, props, etc. as required for the production of photoshoots
- Lead day of set-up and teardown
- Ensure provided shot lists, shoot direction, and image requirements are met, sending key photos to the Senior Creative Producer for final approval
- Follow up for file handoff after shoots are completed
- Support the Senior Creative Producer on new projects, ideation, and production
- Provide support for day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects
- Actively research and communicate new concepts, ideas, technical improvements, and creative trends
- Contribute to ongoing alignment with other departments on external photo project objectives and requirements
What We Look For
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in photography and/or video production or similar work experience is required
- Proficiency and knowledge of photography equipment
- Strong understanding of color, composition, lighting, photography best practices, and file management
- Exceptional organization and time management skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to work with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to travel; this role requires extensive travel and willingness to be where production is required
- A photography degree is preferred, but not required
