Position Overview

We are looking for a Manager, Client Solutions, Analytics to join our team! We are looking for ambitious, analytical, hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple projects. This individual should have a strong interest in media, marketing and business intelligence.

Overview

The Structured Finance/Specialty Finance Portfolio Manager will be responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring and portfolio management of a portfolio of clients where the repayment of the loan is based on cash flows provided by various asset classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Relationship Manager in underwriting and managing transactions according to the Bank establish guidelines and policies

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Finance at Andie to lead the FP&A and monthly and annual close process. In this role, you’ll be responsible for quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, cross-functional analysis and more. You will report to the Vice President of Finance and assist the executive team with strategic decisions rooted in the financial model to guide Andie’s future. This person will participate in the preparation of financial presentations to the Board and key stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Provide a monthly financial package which tracks key metrics, variance explanations and important insight on results. 
  • Work alongside the Vice President of Finance to update projections periodically.
  • Lead the budget and forecasting processes in partnership with the leadership team.

Our client is within the hospitality and entertainment business, expanding internationally and across the U.S. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an HR Manager (People and Culture) to join their team onsite (4 days onsite with 1 day remote) in New York City!

Your new role

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for the full HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, worker’s compensation, unemployment claims, leaves and accommodations, workplace investigations, benefits administration and HRIS processes and reporting.

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).
  • 5+ years of HR operational experience within the Hospitality/Retail Industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, and Washington D.C. laws and regulations.
  • Ideally spoken and written Spanish (preferred).
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent (preferred).
  • AWI Certificate or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities:

Assist CD in concepting Art Direction for marketing and branded content campaigns for use across all brand touchpoints, inclusive of web, social, OOH and email. 

Work closely with Head of Brand to understand the marketing calendar, launch cadence, product details, deliverables request, campaign voice and objectives.

Consistent ideation and creative flow with CD, including concept development, moodboard creation and presentation for review.

Create, plan and manage Brand Creative/Content calendar to effectively produce shoots in line with brand Marketing calendar, timelines and deadlines.

Own all content workflows including e-commerce shoots, line-sheet shoots, editorial lookbook development, content and studio shoots, in support of launches, brand activations and events.

Shoot Production: inclusive of being lead on casting and bookings, location scouting, contract negotiation, call-sheets, day-of production and organization, delivery of final assets, asset selection, and post-edit.

Constantly seeking out creative and talented partners (photographers, videographers, models, hair & make-up etc..)

Work closely with Marketing and E-Commerce departments to format assets to required dimensions and for all uses.

Maintain brand’s visual identity across all creative assets.

Collaborative creative planning on all channels including social media, web, OOH and email.

Job Details:

We are currently seeking newborn babies, both twins and singletons, aged between 15 days and 5 months old, to portray the newborn child of an African American principal character in an upcoming television series. This unique opportunity will require the selected babies to be on set for filming on two specific dates in the NYC area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in filming scenes as scheduled, under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • Remain on set for the duration required to complete the filming, not exceeding 8 hours per day.

  • Cooperate with the director, production staff, and child welfare professionals on set to ensure a safe and positive environment.

Requirements:

  • Babies must be between 15 days and 5 months old at the time of filming.

  • Must be of African American descent or capable of portraying an African American newborn.

  • Parents or guardians must be available to accompany the baby on set for the entirety of the filming days.

  • Open to working with twins as well as single babies.

  • Babies must have legal eligibility to work in the United States and must comply with all state labor laws regarding infant actors.

  • Prior acting experience is not required.

Compensation Details:

  • The rate of pay is $300 per baby for an 8-hour day. This rate is for each baby individually, in the case of twins.

  • Payment terms will be discussed upon selection and outlined in the talent agreement.
