Responsibilities
Creative Vision and Strategy:
- Develop and drive the overall creative vision and strategy for video projects, aligning with clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, concept development, and storyboarding to shape engaging narratives and visual concepts.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of videographers, video editors, and other creative professionals, fostering their growth and pushing the boundaries of creativity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, art directors, and copywriters, to ensure seamless integration of video content in marketing campaigns.
Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end video production process, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Provide clear creative direction and guidance to team members, setting project priorities, managing resources, and resolving any challenges that arise.
Concept Development and Scripting:
- Generate innovative video concepts and scripts that align with clients’ objectives, brand identities, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and effectively translate them into compelling visual stories.
Video Production and Editing:
- Direct and supervise video shoots, ensuring the highest quality of footage and adherence to creative concepts.
- Oversee the video editing process, guiding the team to create visually stunning videos that captivate audiences and drive desired outcomes.
Quality Control and Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all video content meets the highest standards of quality, aligns with clients’ brand guidelines, and maintains consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Conduct thorough reviews and provide feedback to ensure creative excellence and enhance the overall impact of video projects.
Industry Trends and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI, and best practices in video production and storytelling.
- Continuously explore new techniques and tools to enhance the creative output and drive innovation within the video team.

We’re looking for a diverse range of Gen Z and millennials who live in the USA ages 18+ to send in or create entertainingly negative, authentic reactions to tasting SUPER spicy food.
We’re talking Carolina reapers, the one chip challenge or da bomb hot sauce.etc. We’re looking for people to challenge themselves with spice and completely lose their composure on-camera, from crying to chugging milk right out of the jug..etc.
What we’re not looking for are individuals who do very spicy mukbangs or who eat spicy food but don’t react or obviously fake reactions to the very spicy food.
If your video is chosen, you will be paid $1,500.00 USD per video. This is a non-union project. You must be over the age of 18 to fill out the application.
Principal Organist / Music Director Position Available

Most Holy Trinity – St. Mary is a historic, multi-lingual urban parish in Williamsburg, with a deep
commitment to serving the poor. We are seeking a Principal Organist / Music Director who can
embrace the down-to-earth spirituality of the Franciscans and the inclusive and participative
vision of Liturgy proposed by the Church.
Requirements
• Degree in Music (Organ Preferred)
• Familiarity with the Roman Catholic Liturgy
Ministry Description
• Plan the music for all liturgies in conformity with liturgical norms and in consultation
with the Pastor
• Play:
English Sunday Liturgies at 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM English
Wednesdays at 7:00 PM Holy Hour & Benediction (might move to 6:30 PM)
Supervise musicians for 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM Liturgies
Arrange music for additional musicians
• Participate in planning and leading the music for Holy Week, Easter, Holy Days of
Obligation and special Franciscan celebrations such as the Feast of Saint Francis,
Saint Anthony, Live Nativity and a few others
• Recruit/ hire and manage cantors and other musicians as needed
• Fulfill the copyright and licensing obligations for liturgy and video streaming
• Right of first refusal for weddings and funerals
• Work to develop choirs where possible.
Salary
• $45,000 – $55,000 Depending on experience and training
Instruments
• Allen electronic organ and Steinway Piano (small upright)
