Compensation Details: Selected talents will be compensated at $400 for a 12-hour shoot. Payment will be provided on the day of the node or through an agreed-upon payment method. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided during the shoot to ensure everyone stays energized and focused.

Job Details: We are seeking same-sex couples with an adorable 6-12-month-old baby to participate in an upcoming holiday-themed print shoot. The shoot aims to capture heartwarming family moments, celebrating the joy and love of the holiday season. The images will be used for various promotional materials, including online and print advertisements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in natural and loving interactions as a family while the photoshoot takes place.
• Follow the directions of the photographer and creative team to create authentic and emotional moments on camera.
• Ensure the baby’s comfort and safety throughout the shoot.

Requirements:

• Same-sex couples with a 6-12-month-old baby.
• The baby should be well-rested and in good spirits during the shoot.
• No prior modeling experience is necessary; we welcome all interested families to apply.
• Must be available for the shoot on one of the following dates: July 19-24 or August 1-3.

Compensation:

• Each selected family will receive a total payment of $2000 for participating in the shoot.
• The agency will deduct a 20% commission from the total payment.
• If video footage from the shoot is used for CTV (Cable TV), each family member will receive an additional $750 for extended usage rights.

• The Business Management Team’s Communication and Video Editor Specialist will be involved in various initiatives that concentrated primarily in the communications and production space. The candidate will be involved in enhancing training and publications through use of digital tools.
• The individual in this role should have a high degree of development acumen, a deep understanding of Adobe Photoshop suite with a focus on video editing. In order to be successful in this role, the individual will need to demonstrate aptitudes in interactions with senior and junior stakeholders and have high attention to detail.
• He or she will utilize expertise in graphic and video production and design to create and deploy new videos or other digital products from less than one minute to up to 3 hours. This will include the use of advanced design and development skills in Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. • The individual is tasked with taking the raw footage shot and turning it into the final edited video. This means being able to follow the company branding guidelines and post-production workflow, in creating a series of videos and trainings. It is the responsibility of the individual to review all the footage and create the best output by cutting and connecting various footage, adding sound effects and graphics (if needed) and fine-tuning the completed videos. Ultimately, the individual should be able to bring picture, audio and graphics together in order to tell a cohesive story that is in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Support the Business Manager, facilitates stakeholder (internal) business planning and strategy meetings to understand the needs of the teams
