Project: Iconic Photo Story in Upstate New York

Job Description:

We are currently casting for an exciting print story photo shoot set in the picturesque backdrop of upstate New York. This project brings together families, couples, best friends, or friend groups of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds to collaborate with an iconic photographer and a talented team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the photographer and creative team to capture authentic, emotive moments.
  • Bring your unique personalities and dynamics to create a compelling visual narrative.
  • Follow directions and contribute your own creative input to ensure a successful shoot.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • Families, couples, best friends, or friend groups of any age, size, or background are encouraged to apply.
  • No prior modeling experience required, but a willingness to engage with the creative process is essential.
  • Must be available for a full-day shoot on either November 17 or November 18 in upstate New York.

Print Casting Call: Female Model

Job Details: We are seeking a female model for an upcoming print project. The ideal candidate should possess a height range between 5’7″ to 6’0″, with preference given to candidates closer to 6 feet. The required clothing sizes are XS to Small.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to bring the vision of the project to life.
  • Execute poses and movements in accordance with the direction provided.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the shoot.

ABOUT THE POSITION: We are adding a sales manager to support our continued growth in the US. Manage a team of Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs). Accountabilities include recruiting and training, sales analysis and reporting, sales calling, prospecting, marketing, and promotion, with the goal of achieving near-term and long-term sales growth in the region. Travel regularly throughout the region to work with ISRs, Field Marketers, and customers, as needed – up to 50% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Development:

  • Identify and maintain the appropriate sales resources for the region. This includes developing the staffing model, recruiting and terminating ISRs as appropriate.
  • Ensure that the sales resources are trained on all aspects of WFC including fundraising in general, WFC products, programs, systems, and processes.
  • Resolve conflicts as they arise within the Region.

Sales Administration:

  • Motivate the sales force to meet territory expectations. Help coordinate local convention/ideas. Travel to, set up and represent WFC at conventions and trade shows. Organize and lead Regional Sales Meetings with ISR team throughout the year. Entertain ISRs and others in the evenings at WFC-related functions. Lead breakout sessions and participate in training at the annual National Sales Meeting.
  • Work with ISRs to resolve overages in regards to Sample, and AR accounts. Resolve escalated issues on behalf/with the ISRs.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Logistics, and other cross-functional departments and vendors to meet customer deadlines & expectations.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop ideas for sales in unproductive areas of the region. Perform market per capita analysis for the region and each ISR to identify opportunities for improvement and opportunities to recognize success.
  • Stay up to date on everything going on in the region, trends in the industry, and relay to the Home Office and ISRs. Identify and recommend new opportunities for the company.

Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between the ISRs, the Vice President – US Fundraising, and the Home Office.
  • Model the Core Values and the company culture of Accountability Leadership.
  • Handle customer complaints in regards to ISRs. Develop and rollout training of new programs and products within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated history of new business development and sales success, including five years in
  • Sales Management. Previous professional fundraising experience not required.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology/Consumer Behavior, or relevant

  • Know and be up to date on the utilization of carrier websites, carrier communications, new coverage options, and billing procedures

The applicable base salary range for this role is $42,400 to $90,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $42,400 to $90,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The Key Account Manager will service their assigned clients by executing their account management strategy, tactics, and engagement calendar while delivering clear communications and gathering client feedback along the way. The Key Account Manager is responsible for monitoring the status and satisfaction of each client by focusing on mitigating known risk factors and competitive threats. They will proactively identify opportunities and solutions to support client goals and objectives while ensuring they are successfully leveraging our products and services.

To be successful in this role, it is crucial for the KAM to be open minded and objective to see all perspectives during each interaction. What You’ll Do:

  • Critical role responsible for the retention of a segment of ExtensisHRs top clients
  • Focused on building strong relationships with their assigned clients’ C-Suite and/or broker partners.
  • Develop deep relationships with decision makers, users, and influencers to ensure the client’s needs and expectations are being met
  • Must develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and processes to help navigate our service model
  • Ability to identity gaps and areas of opportunities in which ExtensisHRs services can be a value add to assisting a client achieve their business goals and objectives.
  • Increase client engagement by aligning and maximizing ExtensisHRs’ full suite of products and services (i.e. Performance Mgt, ATS, and Recruiting Services)
  • Effectively and efficiently manage assigned clients’ experience during all phases of their relationship inclusive of their healthcare renewal season.
  • Become an expert internal operator with an ability to resolve request and escalations effectively and efficiently the first time
  • Proactively identify and implement strategies to maximize a client’s lifetime value (LTV).

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of successful experience managing high profile accounts and relationships
  • Dynamic personality and high business acumen that will immediately resonate with our clients
  • An intuitive problem solver that cannot only resolve client escalations, but identify future and potential escalations to get in front of issues before they manifest
  • You must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment that is quickly evolving
  • The ability to have clear, candid, and professional business conversations with business leaders
  • Must be extremely curious and inquisitive to uncover client issues and needs
  • This person will have a competitive nature and thoroughly enjoy winning
  • A servant leadership mindset focused on helping clients achieve what is most important to them
  • Experience in HR, PEO, ASO, HR Software or Benefits related industries highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate experience
