We are looking for a talented Executive Producer to play a leadership role in launching and operating the new business Channel.
Favored.live is a startup that powers live media for brands, publishers and creators. We were founded by veteran entrepreneurs who have led major Hollywood television and online video studios for top media companies. Favored.live has been engaged by a prominent fintech company to launch a live + VOD Channel for Millennial/GenZ viewers, focused on the intersection of wealth-building, investing, technology, popular culture and social media. The Channel will offer highly credible context around the most important and fascinating stories in business, blockchain, equities and other investments. It will explore how these stories affect the lives of our viewers while being entertaining, accessible and often humorous. Anchor hosts will speak with business leaders and other players on a daily basis. Newsletters, podcasts and social media content will also be part of the offering. Programming will be distributed on online channels and, over time, on Connected TV.
As Executive Producer, you will assemble and then manage a team of producers, anchor hosts, correspondents, and writers/researchers who are producing live and VOD content on a daily basis. Prior to launch, you will work with us on creating the Channel’s vision, look, feel and tone; finding and engaging talent at all positions; and framing shows and segments. In short, this is an opportunity to create something new and see it come to life. After launch, you will lead in all aspects of running the Channel, including deciding the stories to cover and who to interview.
This is an Los Angeles-based contract position with potential to turn into a long-term executive leadership role.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the Executive Director / Assistant General Manager and Corporate Entertainment team in the development and implementation of the strategic plan and vision for the T-Mobile Arena consistent with MGM Resort International objectives;
- Provides leadership in the development and monitoring of division operations, fiscal budgets, and marketing strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability for T-Mobile Arena;
- Provides leadership and operational direction for the Event Services, Conversion, ICE Operationbs, Event Services, Technical/Production departments within the T-Mobile Arena;
- Executes all technical advances with touring production personnel for concerts, televised events, sporting events, and any other public events in the Arena;
- Manages production walk-throughs and technical advances with corporate clients for private events;
