This leader will guide a team, through personal involvement, to rebrand National Business Furniture and, over time, will curate, cultivate and expand that brand presence to help drive significant business growth.
Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll be Doing:
Leadership & management
- Lead a team to develop an effective creative strategy, creative platform and all associated assets for NBF
- Be an inspirational leader who guides toward great and digs in to show how it’s done
- Be a connector, building relationships with team members in Strategy, Creative, Audience Engagement, Merchandising, Sales, E-commerce, and Supply Chain to tie brand creative to audience understanding, internal and external needs, the differentiated business offering, available product, and the NBF brand
- Build a culture on the team that is vibrant, curious, effusive about great creative, and oriented to performance

Rebranding & Brand Development
- Lead development of NBF’s refreshed brand identity: logo, visual identity, brand standards/style guide; over time, ensure brand consistency and standards of usage
- With agency support, develop a creative platform for NBF that brings the refreshed brand identity to life and establishes a differentiated position for NBF in market: creative platform with campaign and asset development direction/framework; overtime, guide the expansion and curation of the creative platform to bring new campaigns to life
- Develop internal and external rebrand launch materials, as well as creative direction for the launch itself
Creative strategy & development
- Determine the creative vision of the NBF brand, the associated creative strategy, and the manifestation of that vision and strategy through digital, print and other campaigns and assets
- Ensure that all creative produced meets the brand standards of excellence, effectively aligns with strategy, is optimized for specified channel(s), and is audience-ready
- Create and/or oversee the production of all forms of creative assets for internal (sales enablement) and external (customer/prospect audiences): a refreshed catalog as well as creative direction and assets for multi-touch and multi-channel campaigns
- Inspire the team live and breathe good creative — not developing creative for the sake of winning creative awards, but rather developing creative that brings the brand to life and engages and audience for mutual brand-business benefit and, as result, wins awards because of the outcomes
- Managing everything from ideation to execution: recognizing and championing great ideas, creative concept development, campaign and asset development, develop schedules, budget tracking, brand engagement and measurement of success
- Brainstorm and collaborate with Marketing and leaders of other functions to develop creative concepts, campaigns and assets; present concepts and options, with a willingness to learn, iterate and optimize with feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years combined experience across creative team leadership, creative asset development, and brand identity design, including at least five years of people management experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Minimum 5 years experience leading a creative team of direct reports with proven experience developing team culture and achieving business-critical outcomes
- Proven experience developing creative to grow B2B audience-centric brands
- Demonstrated experience of transforming the strategic opportunity into best-in-class, on-brand creative solutions
- Full understanding of the production process for initiatives of various size, across multiple media platforms: web, mobile, experiential, social, video
- Excels at crafting and presenting smart and sometimes complex creative solutions in a straightforward and lucid manner, no matter the audience
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of art directors, copywriters, and designers while also effectively collaborating with other internal and external teams to drive results
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth understanding of brand management and the broader overall marketing mix

What we need,
The Executive Producer will be the liaison between new and existing clients and the company’s internal resources, including in-house and contract editors, motion graphics artists, colorists, vfx artists, and sound designers. They will cultivate and curate relationships with new and existing clients in order to further grow the company. They will oversee post-production schedules, timelines, and the request and delivery of timely creative feedback from both clients and internal team members. What You Will Do
Firaxis is looking for an experienced, passionate, and empathetic Executive Producer (EP) to partner and collaborate closely with the Creative Director, overseeing the development of our highly valuable IP. In this role, you will lead and empower a large development team while supporting a healthy and collaborative team culture from the earliest stages of the project through launch and post launch.
The EP will have outstanding communication and teamwork skills and will oversee the roadmap, successful planning and execution for the IP and projects, translating the development needs into efficient pipelines and production strategies. Working with FXS leadership the EP will evaluate and provide input on new franchise opportunities, SKU and platform development, entry into new markets, licensing, and marketing opportunities that help drive franchise performance.
Pairing with the Creative Director the EP will be responsible for communicating the franchise and product vision to key stakeholders and team members as well as be a direct line of communication to our publisher. The EP will articulate and champion the vision to 3 rd parties, the media and other external parties as needed.

Our client, an in-house agency at a major cable provider, is seeking a talented, hands-on Creative Director to lead a growing in-house design and art direction team focused on crafting campaigns that drive retail goals across all touch-points. In this role, you will lead the creative direction process from conception through design and production to delivery of content, digital product, brand initiatives and creative assets. You will provide direction for a number of projects simultaneously, in collaboration with the Creative team. You are a supportive creative leader for the creative team under your direction while making sure they know and understand the expectations of the work. You will help shape and optimize the creative output based on changes in the industry, the changing needs of the business, and the larger objectives of the company. This is an ongoing freelance position that operates on a hybrid schedule out of their New York City or Philadelphia offices. - Hourly Rate: $85-$100 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality of creative work by inspiring excellence, innovation and brand relevance, providing direction and constructive feedback
- Determine and communicate your creative vision to the executing team that’s bringing the vision to life
- Work closely with the Marketing, Retail, Digital team to develop and interpret briefs to create a clear creative vision
- Build powerful presentations to get alignment on creative concepts, execution choices, from design to styling
- Balance innovative creative vision with business objectives and priorities
- Attend briefings / status meetings, handle cross-team interaction, pitch concepts in a compelling manner, communicate and monitor project progress
- Lead with passion, guide and coach the team on career direction, development, growth and performance
- Lead brainstorms as needed
- Lead the creation, execution, and continual evolution of the brand guidelines
- Inspire creative excellence by pushing the boundaries of brand guidelines
- Assess creative work to ensure ideas are as powerful in reality as they are in concept
- Provide creative quality control over concepts and execution
- Oversee in-house execution and production of creative work
- Contribute to organizational learnings and process improvement
- Help develop strong and positive relationships with the creative community to help recruit top talent
- Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends
- Set the tone for forward-thinking, positive, and an industry-leading creative organization infused with the brand vision, also contributes to thought leadership
Qualifications:
- 6+ years relevant experience in an agency or in-house agency environment on the brand side
- A recognized industry leader with a strong portfolio that demonstrates originality, innovation and multi-disciplinary thinking
- Solid business sense and experience in balancing creative vision with business priorities / objectives
- You are someone with an impressive portfolio that demonstrates a high standard and quality of work, delivering on consistency in brand look, feel, and experience
- Strong understanding and experience with the creative process and how to evaluate creative output in design, art direction, and copy
- Abstract, highly strategic, creative thinker
- Must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills
- Eager to take on new challenges, introduce and implement new approaches and ideas, grow, test and learn
