Rate: $55 an hour
Our Fortune 100 client has an immediate need for a Hands On Art Director to work closely with the GM on implementing creative direction for all aspects of their internal employee communications.
The Art Director will help concept and execute assets primarily for print and digital targeted towards internal union staff. This role is a high profile, cross-functional, and the Hands on Art Director will need to create strong internal and external partnerships.
REQUIRED for the ART DIRECTOR:
- Bachelors degree, preferred.
- Strong portfolio with at least 4-6 years of creative experience showcased (including concept/campaign work).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint etc.
- Entrepreneurial Sprit
- Solid understanding of print, web/mobile standards, email, digital ad campaigns and social platforms.
- Deep understanding of brand narrative and storytelling.
- Writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across different projects.
- Strong project management, time management and attention to detail.
- Individual must be able to work autonomously as well as be part of a team.
- Team player who is good at juggling priorities and managing time to achieve a balance of creativity and quality, while respecting timings and budgets.
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, color, editorial sensibility, innovative design and latest trends.
- Maintains positive attitude under pressure, quick deadlines and multi-round revisions.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus
This a 40 hour a week, freelance to possible opportunity that requires vaccination to go full-time and will be onsite every Thursday near the ATL Airport.
