CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Directs the creative product, striving for excellence from concept to completion of every project.
- Provides insightful, groundbreaking, and/or original creative concepts as required for specific assignments.
- Produces director-level art direction and design for mobile-first digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, emails, e-newsletters, microsites, and digital display ads across client accounts as needed.
- Collaborates with account group to joint estimate projects, assign resources, and define scope/schedule.
- Works closely with account teams to solve marketing problems through smart advertising and best practices.
- Manages Creative department, Creative Directors, Creative Production Services, and Freelance resources.
- Confirms delivery schedules with account teams and oversees assignment of jobs to creative team members.
- Oversees creative solutions produced by team and offers valuable input to elevate quality of creative product.
- Serves as client-facing representative of the agency and effectively “sells” creative at client presentations.
- Responsible for the selection and management of freelance services.
- Assists in screening and interviewing applicants for creative positions, hiring and terminating to ensure creative department is appropriately staffed.
- Actively promotes the agency’s growth and exposure via new business pitches, self-promotional efforts, and RFP response/proposal development.
- Maintains current working knowledge of computer-related skills, software, and programs to ensure entire creative department and staff remain on the leading edge of essential technology and skills.
- Makes recommendations to ensure profitability for the agency.
- Recommends hardware and software purchases to keep department current and efficient.
- Supports agency operations as a senior member of the agency’s management team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: This position implements a comprehensive, customized donor relations program in support of the Development Plan. Working with the Chief Development Officer, this position will determine the best strategies for effective stewardship of donors.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the integrity and accuracy of the donor database. This includes entering financial and donor data, diagnostic queries, preparation of reports, and timely acknowledgment to donors.
- Upkeep of donor management software sufficient to be able to produce gift reports, donor rosters, acknowledgements, donor pledge commitments and reports as well as donor recognition reports.
- Establish routine database clean ups (duplicate profiles, inactive constituents, demographics, e-mails, phone numbers, NCOA updates, etc.).
- Partner with major gift officers to develop and maintain moves management process and officers’ portfolios.
- Analyze income trends and patterns and works closely with other fund-raising team members to develop strategies to research, engage, and steward new potential supporters.
- Prepare mailing lists and reports for marketing appeals.
- Supervise workload of part-time data entry volunteers and/or staff. (Currently one part-time employee and one temp employee)
- Event Support: set-up events through OneCause, prepare and manage mailing lists, act as lead staff for all registration of major events, manage financial and analytical event reports, gift processing support of some third party events, and assist event leads with reporting needs.
- Manage the structure, formatting, and messaging of central gift acknowledgments and donor pledge tracking and reminders.
- Evaluate and recommend computer needs to accommodate effective management and utilization of database records.
- Participate in the development of policies, procedures and management systems essential for an impactful donor relations program.
- Attend all fundraising events as required
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or seven plus years of experience in lieu of education.
- MUST HAVE 5+ years experience managing a CRM Database and analyzing donor data.
- 3 years minimum, Donor Acknowledgement and Stewardship experience in non-profit setting
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
