LaSalle Network is looking for a social media guru to join one of our national B2B clients in the northern suburbs of Illinois as the Social Media Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys everything social media including content and strategy!
This is a chance to jumpstart the social media presence of a large national and well-known Midwest brand. This is a fully onsite position with professional development opportunity.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze paid media campaigns
- Create organic social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok
- Create and edit video content
- Manage community engagement on all social media platforms
- Write all social media copy
- Design graphics for the social media content
Social Media Manager Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with social media marketing with a portfolio required
- Full lifecycle experience in strategizing and executing on organic social media campaigns
- Experience with Hootsuite or Sprout Social preferred
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Excellent organization and project management skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Social Media Manager will have an exciting role in P.volve’s organization to help build brand awareness and drive storytelling across multiple touchpoints. This person will be responsible for strategy, execution and analysis of all organic Social Media channels. This is an incredibly critical role in growing P.volve’s brand presence and connection to the community and requires both a creative and analytical thinker.

Social Media
- Manage the planning of organic social media channels, working closely with contract Social Media strategist/producer on strategy and creative execution: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Drive growth of the platform with an emphasis on impressions through:
- Managing a content calendar in line with marketing priorities and initiatives
- Developing best-in-class creative content inclusive of post creation and copy
- Continuously test new content formats and types
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis
- Work closely with both trainers and franchise locations on strategy for scaling social channels, identifying content buckets and evaluating performance
- Collaborate with design and copy on creative vision and voice for channel
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in an influencer or brand/integrated marketing role, ideally in a start-up environment
- Extremely knowledgeable of the everchanging influencer and social media landscape with an ability to work against what’s new and upcoming. Have a pulse on emerging platforms and trends.
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Strong relationship management skills
- A self-starter who can work independently but also take direction from multiple stakeholders
- Has a positive attitude
- Exceptional problem solving and collaboration skills
- Passion for fitness
- Previous experience in health & wellness a plus

Job Description
NBC 5 Chicago, WMAQ-TV, is looking for a talented and motivated DayPart Manager responsible for news coverage and newscasts.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
- Responsible for overall editorial content on all platforms produced by WMAQ, NBC Chicago, including but not limited to Out-of-Home, web, and on-air broadcast.
- The Daypart News Manager will oversee the platform managers and the pool of content producers creating content for all platforms.
- Collaborates with other newsroom managers, and all divisions of NBC Local, for special events planning as well as day-to-day coverage.
- Will work with all facets of the organization, including Production, IT, Creative Services and Broadcast Operations and the newsroom to ensure the most accurate and compelling local coverage.
- Responsible for tracking coverage-related costs and ensuring fiscal responsibility in the news department.
- Responsible for scheduling content producers and platform managers to ensure proper coverage.
- Responsible for writing and delivering performance reviews for platform managers and content producers
- Responsible for hiring quality talent when needed, as well as coaching and mentoring current employees.
- Will be part of an on-call rotation of manager to provide oversight of weekend morning and evening newscasts.
Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in newsroom management or supervisory role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Our global professional services client is looking for a Video Art Director to join their innovative team.
The role will be 40 hours a week for 3 months with a chance to convert to full time employee. The role is hybrid with onsite requirements 2-3x per month.
The Video Art Director will be responsible for:
- Connecting ideas, design principles and content to create an actionable video storyboards
- Conceptualizing and visually developing ideas from rough thumbnails to polished final deliverables
- Maintaining overall photo/video library and noting key footage to weave together in future video pieces
