Here’s a bit of a quandary for ya!
I need a MALE who also can wear a SIZE 9 shoe who is also:
30’s – 40’s
Ability to play tennis well
Comfortable on camera
Non speaking role
Will play tennis on camera
a size 8-9.5 shoe will work, sorry guys, I know it’s a hard size but it is the only size currently constructed-this is a very new company and for their kickstarter campaign!

OVERVIEW

The Records and Digital Archiving Assistant is responsible for assisting in all daily Records and Digital Archiving Department functions. This position provides internal and external customer service relating to all records program services and initiatives. Creating new files, fulfilling file requests, and assisting with the maintenance of the Records Management System are key functions of the role.

This is a non-exempt role that reports to the Associate Director of Records and Digital Archiving. The work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with additional hours as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Intermediate level computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in maintaining a records management system, LegalKey and FileTrail preferred
  • The ability to lift 50lbs

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Internal and external customer service
  • Data entry, file creation and maintenance
  • File disposition assignment
  • Retrieve and deliver files according to the department delivery schedule
  • Prepare materials for off-site storage including scanning and verifying box contents
  • Submit orders for retrieval to offsite storage vendor
  • Assist with delivery to offsite storage facility
  • Organize and stage files throughout the office as requested
  • Reviewing files to ensure compliance prior to release or migration
  • File Destruction, as directed
  • Assist with the entire workflow involved in the Digital Archiving process
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

  • Confirms delivery schedules with account teams and oversees assignment of jobs to creative team members.
  • Oversees creative solutions produced by team and offers valuable input to elevate quality of creative product.

  • Responsible for the selection and management of freelance services.
  • Assists in screening and interviewing applicants for creative positions, hiring and terminating to ensure creative department is appropriately staffed.
  • Actively promotes the agency’s growth and exposure via new business pitches, self-promotional efforts, and RFP response/proposal development.
  • Maintains current working knowledge of computer-related skills, software, and programs to ensure entire creative department and staff remain on the leading edge of essential technology and skills.
  • Makes recommendations to ensure profitability for the agency.
