Casting Call: STAND-INS for “The Hunting Wives”

About “The Hunting Wives”: “The Hunting Wives” is an exciting project set in Charlotte, NC, and its surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a stand-in for one of our leading characters, MARGO, for a Cast Camera Test on March 13. This opportunity will not only provide immediate work but also act as an interview/audition for the possibility of working throughout the season as a stand-in for the character.

Job Details: The selected individual will be required to work on March 13 for a camera test, with the potential to continue working various dates throughout the season as a stand-in for the character of MARGO.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the director and cinematographer during the camera test and potentially throughout the filming season.
  • Accurately replicate the posture, movements, and position of the character for lighting and camera setups.
  • Be available and on-call for the entirety of assigned shooting days, which may extend beyond standard hours.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism on set at all times.

Requirements:

  • Female, Caucasian.
  • Height: 5’8″/5’9″.
  • Hair Color: Light Brown (golden).
  • Body Type: Thin to average build.
  • Prior experience as a stand-in is preferred but not required.
  • Must be local to Charlotte, NC, or willing to work as a local hire.
  • Must be available for the Cast Camera Test on March 13 and potentially for various dates throughout the filming season.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from set locations in and around Charlotte, NC.

Compensation:

  • $14/hour with an 8-hour guarantee, amounting to a $112 guarantee per day.
  • Overtime (any hours over 8) will be compensated at a rate of $21/hour.

Roles Seeking:

We are currently seeking 2 female actors who are comfortable with performing topless in a scene alongside a male cast member. This scene is crucial to the storyline and will be approached with the utmost respect for the performers, ensuring a safe and professional environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in rehearsals as scheduled by the director.
  • Work closely with the director and other actors to understand and portray the character’s emotions and motivations authentically.
  • Be comfortable with performing topless in front of the camera and crew in a controlled, professional setting.
  • Collaborate with the costume and makeup departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in the character’s appearance throughout the scene.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect on set, adhering to all guidelines and directives aimed at ensuring a safe and respectful working environment for everyone involved.

  • The Senior Creative/Web Specialist Art Director is responsible for concepting, art direction, graphic design as well as presentation design, and presenting brand advertising, product marketing, and customer- and employee-facing communications. Responsibilities

    -What are the details of the position?

    3-month, paid and contracted position. Contract Start Date is April 28th.

    Month 1 will be REMOTE work only. Virtual meetings, rehearsals, and email communication. Months 2 and 3 will be HYBRID work in the Wilmington, NC metro area (Venue pending). We cannot assist with relocation at this time, however the contract rate is negotiable depending on experience.

    The schedule is estimated to be 4-5 hours per week up until tech/performance week, where roughly 24 hours are to be expected during that week.

    Stage Management & Choreography Director

    Responsible for the coordination and logistics of rehearsals and performances. This includes being the point of contact for the cast, crew, and other Directors and assisting with any administrative tasks needed for the production. They will be responsible for overseeing scenery and props during performances. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills. In addition to managing the stage, this person will also be responsible for creating original dance routines, with the assistance from the Producer, that align with the characters of the show.

    “The Hunting Wives” series is currently in production in Charlotte, NC, and we are seeking individuals with specific vehicles and motorcycles to be part of our upcoming scenes. We have two distinct settings for which we require the following:

    • Upscale Party Scene: We’re looking for NICE AMERICAN MADE Cars/Vehicles and Trucks to set the scene for an upscale gathering. Your vehicle will help bring to life the luxurious and high-status atmosphere our scene aims to portray.

    • Country Bar Scene: For a rugged and authentic country bar atmosphere, we need individuals with TRUCKS and HARLEY-DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLES. Your vehicle will play a crucial role in setting the right tone and background for our scene.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide your vehicle/motorcycle for the filming of specified scenes on set dates and locations.

    • Be on time and prepared for the duration of the shoot, which may include full or partial days.

    Job Details: Heery Loftus Casting is currently seeking a highly talented and skilled individual to fill the role of a Courtroom Sketch Artist for the upcoming HBO series titled “TASK.” This position will be a principal role within the series, which is set to be filmed in the Philadelphia area.

    Position Summary

    Generate sales in the commercial and industrial solar market in the Southeast, Midwest and parts of the Mid-Atlantic Region. Focus specifically mid to large commercial developers and installers include small utility, community solar and large residential installers. Familiarity and experience with the distribution channel is a plus. Responsible for customer acquisition, developing business opportunities across a multi-state territory, managing existing customer relationships, managing their pipeline, collecting intel and being incredibly knowledgeable about his/her region. This is a remote position. This individual is ideally based in a location that will allow them to easily travel to the key states with strong C&I and community solar markets in the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic markets.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work closely with his/her manager to develop a strategy to target the C&I market with clear milestones and goals
