Jaimie Alexander from NBC’s Blindspot, is not too happy.
According to the NYPost, star of the NBC hit TV series, Blindspot, allegedly believes the fake tattoos are poisonous and are making her sick. In fact, according to the report, production on Blindspot has fired four makeup artists and a hairdresser who were working on the TV show.
Blindspot centers around a woman who wakes in Times Square covered in mysterious tattoos. But, the show’s storyline is starting to affect the leading actress. “[Alexander has] become convinced the ink is toxic and making her sick,” one source told NYPost.
Apparently, Jaimie Alexander suffered a pulmonary infection and Alexander brought a doctor with her on set. According to the NYPost, NBC producers are doing all they can to keep the actress happy by using more photo doubles instead.
But, Alexander’s issues with tattoos is only the tip of the iceberg, according to the report. Apparently, Alexander hates her co-star, Sullivan Stapleton, who plays FBI agent Kurt Weller. “She tried to have him fired and replaced, which is pretty amazing considering their characters are supposed to develop a romantic interest,” said the NY Post source.
