Chloe Grace Moretz to star in Suspira alongside Dakota Johnson.
Several weeks ago Chloe Grace Moretz announced her retirement from acting by dropping out of every upcoming movie she was linked to. But, it seems like she’s coming out of retirement early.
Variety announced that Moretz has joined the cast of horror remake Suspiria, alongside Tilda Swinton, Mia Goth and Fifty Shades‘s Dakota Johnson. It is great to see Chloë Moretz back in the film industry after her short-lived retirement.
The movie will be directed by Luca Guadagnino. Suspira is based on the original 1977 movie about a dance school hit with murder, evil and the supernatural.
It’s important to point out that only 3 weeks ago, Moretz explained why she quit acting. “I pulled the plug on all my movies because I want to reassess who I am and find myself within my roles again,” she said. “I’m realizing that I can slow down.”
