NYC TV Series casting call for a different featured role in New York City.
Are you a union-registered female actor with experience playing dead or in a coma? If so, here’s an exciting opportunity for you! Kainoa M is casting for a different featured role in an NYC TV series production and is looking for female actors to portray a cadaver aged 65 years or older.
As an actor, you must be comfortable holding your breath and staying still for short periods. If you have experience playing a dead character in a movie, TV show, or even a medical show, this could be your perfect role. Additionally, you must be registered with Central Casting and must pass a COVID test to work.
Please note that even if you pass the COVID test and test negative, you are not confirmed for work until you receive details of the shoot day. The corpses will not be nude and will be covered by a sheet. Costumes will also provide you with a nude-colored modesty garment to appear naked.
The filming will take place in the LA area, and the possible work day is scheduled for Tuesday, 4/25 – with the same-day testing.

Kainoa M is taking submissions for a production seeking:
- Women with experience playing dead (or in a coma, like on a medical show, for example) to portray a Cadaver aged 65 years or older.
- Must be OK to hold your breath and stay very still for short periods.
- UNION SUBMISSIONS ONLY
- Must be registered with Central Casting.
- Must pass COVID test to work. Even if you test negative, you are not confirmed for work unless we send you details confirming the shoot day.
Note: Cadavers will not be nude, they will be covered in a sheet, and costumes will provide a tight nude-colored modesty garment to appear nude.
