A24 TV Pilot casting call for lead roles
A24 Casting directors are now casting actors to work on scenes for the new TV pilot. Producers are now casting the following roles:
- PK: 16 years old, girl – White. All body types. PK is inherently childlike, awkward, likable, and has imperfect speech. PK represents the ultimate invisible – aware that she doesn’t have that “it” thing that special people do, but has a burning desire to be noticed, celebrated and followed. Will appear in bra and underwear (this is in the context of changing clothes and not in a sexual scene). AGES 16 – 18+
- Frank: 17 years old – Open to any person of color. All body types. Frank is bold, smart, body positive, confident and beautiful. She’s a dynamic leader who other girls would kill to be like. Brash, domineering and intimidating with a vulnerable, kid-like side. Will appear in bra and underwear in pilot or subsequent episode (this is in the context of changing clothes and not in a sexual scene). MUST BE 18+.
- Drea: 14 years old, girl – Open to any person of color, curvy. Drea dreams of being a Tok Tok makeup influencer. She appears to be fresh faced, child-like, confident, bold and sassy, but she can also be shy, isolated, lonely and incredibly insecure. All body types. Will appear in bra and underwear in pilot or subsequent episode (this is in the context of changing clothes and not in a sexual scene).
- Jayden: 16 years old, girl, East Asian (Korean, Chinese) and American. All body types. Jayden is gorgeous and aspirational, wealthy and fancy but kind and sweet. There’s a loving motherly quality to her spirit that catches people off guard. Will appear in see-through bra which will show chest/nipple, but open to prosthetic if actor prefers (this is in the context of changing clothes and not in a sexual scene). MUST BE 18+.
