Job Description
An established media training program is looking for an experienced adjunct instructor to teach courses in live production, live stream broadcasting, and esports event production. This part-time instructional role is perfect for professionals passionate about educating the next wave of live event talent while drawing from deep, hands-on experience in broadcast and streaming. Instructors will guide students through technical workflows, control room roles, and live event procedures in a collaborative, industry-standard classroom environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Teach classes in live production, live streaming, and esports broadcast

  • Instruct students on control room roles and event operations

  • Train students using real-world scenarios and hands-on equipment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of industry experience

  • OR 10+ years of significant recognized experience in live event production

  • Specialized training or certification in live broadcast or esports production

  • Familiarity with cameras, lighting, switchers, and control room operations

  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
