Job Description
Seeking experienced directors for a slate of vertical format soap opera series filming across Canada and in collaboration with European co-productions. This opportunity is open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents only, due to production requirements. The selected directors will help shape mobile-first storytelling with a focus on serialized drama and will join a busy schedule of productions through December 2025.

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct episodes of vertical (mobile-first) soap opera series for Canadian and international audiences

  • Lead cast and crew to create engaging serialized drama content

  • Collaborate with producers and other creative leads to maintain a consistent tone and style
