A statewide live event is seeking high-energy talent to play Frankie Focus, a mascot performer for the “No Phones in Schools” initiative. This role requires physical stamina and charisma to engage diverse school audiences across New York. Performers will bring excitement to educational events while wearing a full-body mascot costume.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform as Frankie Focus at school events across New York

• Use physical comedy, mime, improv, dance, or theater skills to engage audiences

• Maintain high energy while performing in a full-body mascot costume

• Adapt performances for both indoor and outdoor events, regardless of weather conditions

Requirements

• All genders, ages 21–45

• Height between 5’5”–5’9”

• Shoe size 9.5–10 (US men) / 11–12 (US women)

• Comfortable with physical performance and audience interaction

• Must pass background checks as required

Compensation

• $300 per event (up to two events per day) + 10%

Voice Over Artist – NYS Department of Public Service

Job Description
A non-union voice over artist is needed for a two-minute informational video for the NYS Department of Public Service. The role calls for a seasoned performer with a strong yet comforting tone that captures the resilience of blue-collar New Yorkers. This is a remote recording opportunity with a full buyout in perpetuity for usage on the department’s website and social media channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Record a two-minute script with a strong, clear, and engaging delivery.

• Capture the desired tone that is both authoritative and reassuring.

• Provide high-quality, raw, clean audio files ready for professional use.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure alignment with project vision.

Requirements

• All genders welcome; middle-age sounding voice preferred.

• Must be a seasoned voice over artist with prior experience.

• VO reels or clips are mandatory for submission.

• Remote recording only; must be able to deliver high-quality audio from home setup.

Compensation

• $800 session fee + $300 buyout + 10%.

• Full buyout in perpetuity for web and social media use.

Casting Teleprompter Pros for Maryland Judiciary Educational Video

Job Description
An educational video series for the Maryland Judiciary is seeking experienced teleprompter professionals to portray legal guides in informational segments. This non-broadcast, non-union project will appear on official judiciary websites and in municipal settings, aimed at educating the public on how to appeal court cases and request court fee waivers. Filming will take place in Hartford, CT, and talent must be based in the region or neighboring states.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted legal content clearly and confidently on teleprompter

• Exhibit a balance of authority, friendliness, and approachability

• Work with the production team to ensure accurate and accessible delivery

• Be available for a one-day shoot and meet all submission deadlines

Requirements

Role: Teleprompter Pro 1

• Black, male-presenting

• Age: 45–60

• Must be confident and seasoned with teleprompter use

• Must project clarity and credibility on legal topics

Role: Teleprompter Pro 2

• Latine, male or female-presenting

• Age: Late 20s–30s

• Must be highly skilled with teleprompter delivery

• Must balance warmth with professional authority

• All talent must submit a self-tape by 10AM EST on Sunday, May 18

• Must be able to work as a local to Hartford, CT or travel from neighboring states

Compensation

• $700 for 10-hour shoot day

• $300 buyout fee + 10% agency fee

• Travel reimbursement: train fare or $100 gas + hotel + $35 food allowance

• Full buyout in perpetuity for educational use
