Job Description:
T Creatives Casting is seeking a talented English voice-over artist to participate in the recording of a Public Service Announcement (PSA) for the New York State Education Department’s Braille and Audio Reading Download (BARD) program. The PSA aims to raise awareness about the valuable services provided by BARD and increase visibility, understanding, and user engagement. The tone of the project is positive, helpful, and encouraging, targeting a wide regional audience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Record two 30-second scripts with a conversational, approachable, and professional tone.
- Ensure high-quality audio recordings are delivered in a raw, clean format, meeting professional studio standards.
- Follow provided script guidelines and adhere to project instructions.
- Submit required materials, including a slate and audition recordings, by the specified deadline.
- Collaborate remotely with the production team to meet the creative and technical needs of the project.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with a clear and engaging voice, suitable for audiences in their 30s to 40s.
- Previous experience in voice-over work is highly preferred; a professional voice-over reel is required.
- Access to a professional recording studio or equivalent high-quality recording setup (no budget for studio rental provided).
- Ability to follow directions, meet tight deadlines, and deliver files in the required format.
- File submission must include a headshot, resume, and labeled audio clips.
Compensation Details:
- $800 base rate plus a $300 buyout fee.
- Additional 10% for agency fees.
- Full buyout for regional broadcast use in all media, in perpetuity
