Job Description: Immersive Actors & Dancers
Production: The Afterlife Party
Location: St. Louis, MO
Dates: Late October 2025 (with rehearsals prior)
We are casting a diverse ensemble of actors and dancers to bring The AfterLife to life — a high-end, immersive Halloween event where guests don’t just attend, they step inside a living story. Performers will embody characters ranging from vampiric royalty and cryptic oracles to silent dancers and hidden nobles, weaving interactions that create a seamless blend of theatre, nightlife, and narrative immersion.
Responsibilities
Portray assigned roles with strong character presence, improvisation, and guest engagement.
Interact one-on-one and in groups, guiding guests through storylines, token exchanges, and symbolic rituals.
Maintain character throughout the event, balancing theatricality with guest comfort and safety.
Attend scheduled rehearsals to learn role prompts, story progression, and movement choreography.
Collaborate with other performers to ensure fluid transitions and cohesive atmosphere.
(For dancers) Perform choreographed or improvised movement sequences that enhance the immersive environment.
What We’re Looking For
Actors (21+) – Bold, improvisational performers with strong presence, able to captivate strangers and improvise story-driven dialogue.
Dancers (21–35) – Skilled in expressive movement, contemporary, ballroom, or theatrical dance; comfortable using body language as primary communication.
Comfort with interactive, improvisational performance in close proximity to guests.
Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced live environment.
Previous experience in theatre, improv, immersive events, or nightlife performance is a plus, but not required.

This role requires physical stamina and charisma to engage diverse school audiences across New York. Performers will bring excitement to educational events while wearing a full-body mascot costume.
Job Responsibilities

Compensation
