LHH is seeking an Art Director to join our client’s team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to promote brand, products, and services in the beauty industry.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and beauty products, as well as a strong background in graphic design, branding, and packaging. This is a hybrid position, three days per week in office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the creative direction for packaging and design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Create marketing materials to support global product and program launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging solutions that are manufacturable
- Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final production, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform and inspire innovative design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in beauty and/or fashion industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Pay Details: $30.00 – 40.00 per hour
The role is contract and hybrid in Addison, Texas.
