Job Details: We are seeking a skilled and organized Stage Manager for the live production of the ROSS – CFB game between Grambling State and Arkansas-Pine Bluff. The Stage Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the event, coordinating various aspects of the production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure all elements are in place for a seamless live broadcast.
- Oversee the timing and execution of on-field activities, including halftime shows, interviews, and other scheduled segments.
- Manage communication between different departments, including camera operators, audio technicians, directors, and talent.
- Ensure the safety of all crew members and talent during rehearsals and live broadcast.
- Handle any unforeseen challenges or emergencies that may arise during the event.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Stage Manager in live events or broadcast productions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with football events and live broadcasting is a plus.
Compensation:
- Rate: $450 for a 10-hour workday
