Job Description:
Casting top voice talent on Podium’s stories, with a focus on specialty genre fiction. Leading talent acquisition and scouting—particularly new and diverse talent—participating in industry events, and assisting in the training of new department members.

Key Responsibilities:
o  Identify top voice talent for authentic casting
o  Contribute to workflow ideas and standardization within the Podium system
o  Participate and represent Podium at industry events
Â
Qualifications:
o  Theater, audiobook industry, voice-over, or equivalent background
o  Successful track record in audiobook casting, coaching or directing
o  Strong communication and organizational skills
o  Self-motivated and committed to diversity and inclusion
o  Passion for storytelling and voice-over
o  Preferably 2+ years experience in the audiobook industry

Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), paid parking, paid parental leave, paid holidays, a generous vacation policy, and the ability to work from home on Monday and Friday. This role is remote two days per week and in office T-Th in El Segundo, California. Salary: $60-$75k base

Compensation Details:
- Ultra-low-budget rates in accordance with ULB guidelines. Specific rates will be provided upon offer.
