Job Description
NBCUniversal is looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative Director of Global Inventory Planning. In this role, you will be joining a team-oriented environment of fast-paced individuals. You are a self-starter, organized, detailed and have strong multi-tasking skills.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the billing, inventory, and timekeeping teams to ensure that all tasks are being accomplished
- Facilitate ongoing strategic planning efforts in support of long-range planning and annual budgeting while partnering with finance to assess related financial implications
- Supervise and assist in maintaining all show files including but not limited to ensuring billing is being processed correctly, timely, and within show budget through RTPro
- Oversee an accurate account of the capital and equipment inventory across all production departments
- Manage inventory employees to optimize inventory control procedures
- Work with the team to analyze various vendors and suppliers to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective deals
- Manage billing employees Reviews posted charges and initiate customer billing in addition to helping identify and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Manage overall billing flow, A/P & A/R research, & labor costs via timekeeping entries
- Propose and implement solutions to better align billing processes with operational workflows for existing and new customers

What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 6+ years of relevant business experience

- MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, ScheduALL and other related systems and applications
- Strong business sense and acumen
- Experience, ability and desire to interact with all levels of talent and staff
Additional Requirements

Salary Range: $135,000 – $160,000; bonus eligible
