TubeScience is looking for a talented Creative Producer to join our thriving team!
What You’ll Do:
A creative producer’s main job is to take a concept and make it a reality. They process everything from conceptualizing ideas and assembling the right team to overseeing the project through to the finishing stages of production. They work in every aspect of the production process to make things happen.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross functionally with account managers, content creators, production team, editors, motion graphics artists, writers, and others to create high performing direct response videos for a diverse range of consumers and client brands
- Translate strategic briefs into compelling, well-executed videos that drive consumers to take action, scale our client brands & disrupt industries
- Establish shoot needs, including leveraging existing assets, to consistently include best-in-class content in each video
- Constantly challenge the team to improve Ad/Video performance by creating innovative, credible content that appeals to consumer needs and client/brand vision
- Interpret data reflecting consumer behavior across the paid social ecosystem to iterate existing videos, continually optimizing performance across multiple metrics
- Utilize our IP consumer research briefs to create compelling content targeting specific customer segments
- Comply with legal, client and brand guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must have experience leading cross functional creative teams, including editors
- Must have experience managing multiple fast turnaround projects simultaneously
- 4+ years managing productions as a producer, director or post-production professional to deliver compelling digital content for FB/Snap/TikTok/Instagram/YouTube
- Ability to inspire a team to share your passion and vision to complete a given project
- Must provide link(s) to a portfolio of digital content you have produced and/or directed or created and be ready to discuss the strategy underpinning each
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing is a plus
- Experience using data and research to drive decision making
- Writing, Editing or Motion Graphics experience
- Experience shooting with iPhones, DSLRs or REDs
- Paid social or direct response work samples are a big plus
Compensation:
Note: TubeScience offers remote/flexible work (unless specified to be required to be in-person) and is open to hiring remote candidates who are residents in any US state.
TubeScience provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected range of starting pay for this role is $60,000 – $85,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.

A character-driven, culturally rich romantic dramedy titled FUEGO is seeking experienced crew members for a SAG moderate budget feature currently in soft pre-production. Inspired by the emotional depth of Silver Linings Playbook and the energy of Shall We Dance?, this story centers on Gio, a bartender rediscovering his passion for dance while facing personal rivalries and unresolved grief. The production will shoot for 24 days in San Diego and is backed by a screenplay that won Best Screenplay at the International Puerto Rican Heritage Film Festival and was a finalist in the Urban World Film Festival.
