SUMMARY
Working with the VP of Marketing, the Social & Digital Media Manager is responsible for contributing to the strategic development of our brands by visualizing, conceptualizing, and executing content across all digital and social network channels. This role will work towards attracting site traffic, growing social following and engagement, and driving new sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead social media content creation, working with our agency partners to develop phenomenal organic content for regular postings on Instagram and additional platforms such as Tik Tok.
- Collaborate to produce innovative content based on trending topics and brand moments.
- Track all social media metrics and develop an ongoing strategy to increase engagement
- Build and manage our influencer marketing programs to leverage social proof at scale across our portfolio of products.
- Support head of marketing with overall paid media strategy, including programmatic display and Google sem. Make recommendations for targeting, messaging, and creative to optimize campaign performance across all paid media platforms. Track and deliver key paid media KPIs
- Work closely with our sales and trade marketing team to support new product launches and additional retail initiatives.
- As needed, assist in managing and optimizing additional support platforms such as budtender training, incentives programs, and others.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience (and proven track record) growing a consumer-focused (ideally CPG) brand on social media.
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field.
- Passionate storyteller, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator with a proven track record of success in the social and digital landscape
- Mastery of social platforms and related management, optimization, and analytics tools
- Experience managing external creators and influencers
- Experience in graphic design and the adobe suite is highly desirable
